Private secluded garden in quiet cul de sac 1 min drive from Wroxham centre.

The Annexe is a self contained with off road parking and its own secluded garden, it has an open plan lounge/kitchenette, double bedroom, shower room and conservatory.

The kitchen has a washing machine, toaster , microwave, 2 ring baby belling style cooker and table and chairs.

The private enclosed garden has seating and a gas BBQ for you to enjoy "al fresco dinning" after a day out on the river or a trip to the many Norwich shops and markets.

It is located just outside the centre of Wroxham, where you can hire day boats to enjoy the Norfolk Broads, take a steam train to Alysham or branch line into Norwich ( only 15 minutes ) or up to Cromer and Sherringham to enjoy the many of Norfolk's places of interest.

Horning and Coltishall are two lovely broadland villages which are also close by, each have a number of great riverside pubs and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal and drink and watch the world go by.

Wroxham has the largest village shop in the world ( Roys ) there are also a number of pubs and restaurants and independent shops for you to explore and enjoy.

Hello , my name is Alan Haskell, after spending many years travelling to stay in the Norfolk Broads area, my wife Jean and I decided to move here in 2006.

Although our children have now left the nest, they like us still remain close to the area enjoy the unique river and broads networks linked to many quaint broadland villages, of course if you want a bit more hustle and bustle Norwich and Great Yarmouth are both in easy reach with an abundance of shops cafes restaurants and seaside entertainment.

We recommend the area of Wroxham as it is know as the capital of the Broads and is an excellent position to be based in order to explore the great variety that Norfolk has to offer, from theme parks such as "Bewilderwood" just down the road to taking a motor launch on to the river to explore this Norfolk treasure. ps dont forget your picnic !
