Located in the area of Kathikas, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea is this beautifully furnished 3 bedroom private holiday bungalow.
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas hob and electric oven with extractor hood, microwave and washing machine. There is a spacious dining area where you will find the dining table seating 8. In the lounge area a dark coloured three seater and two seater settee and an armchair can be found. For entertainment you will find a traditional TV set with limited Satellite channels and a DVD player. From the lounge area there are patio doors leading to the veranda and swimming pool.
The villa has a wireless internet connection.
The master bedroom has a double bed with the luxury of an en suite bathroom and the remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms has the luxury of an en suite shower room. The remaining twin bedroom has the use of the family shower room.
From the master bedroom you can access the veranda and the pool area.
There is air conditioning available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is available at the villa together with an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
There is a large drive way which easily fits 4 cars.
The 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. There is a brick built barbecue and on the veranda area you will find garden chairs and table to enjoy the al-fresco experience.

The sleepy village of Kathikas, is part of the Laona project, a rural regeneration and ecotourism project helping to introduce the concept of agrotourism to five villages on the border of the proposed Akamas reserve area.
Located in the heart of wine country, Kathikas is one of the most attractive villages in the area, well known for its great many vineyards, grapes being its main product and their cultivation the main occupation of the villagers. Kathikas even has its own village winery which offers free wine tasting! A selection of local tavernas and a mini market are all within 550 metres of the villa.
Just because you prefer to stay inland doesn't mean you have to miss out on the beach experience. Coral Bay approximately 15 kilometres away is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
The coastal resorts of Polis and Latchi are both within 18 kilometres of the villa and both feature coarse sand and shingle beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and restaurants/snack bars providing refreshments.
Polis is the principal town for the northwest region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails.
The Paphos district stretching from the Polis area to the town of Paphos counts bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, horse riding, watersports, scuba diving, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 20 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 25 minute drive.
