A small private road leads the way to this small development consisting of 5 villas. The villas are ideally located only a few hundred metres from the nearest restaurant and only a stone's throw from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
Upon entering this villa you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 leather sofas, coffee table and a wood burning fireplace.
For entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with limited satellite channels, DVD player, computer (Please note the flat screen TV is used as the monitor for the computer) and board games. This villa has a wireless internet connection. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and seating for up to 6 guests. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, which features a fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Large glass patio doors lead the way from the open plan living and dining area to the outside patio area and swimming pool.
On the ground floor you will also find this villa's first bedroom. This bedroom is a double bedroom with the luxury of an en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath and dressing table. Also available on the ground floor is a separate WC.
Moving up to the first floor you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms of this villa. These 2 bedrooms are a double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom, both with the luxury of an en suite shower room featuring a power jet shower. Both bedrooms share access to a large balcony equipped with lounge furniture for you to relax and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the first floor is also a small utility area where you will find a washing machine.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout (see rental rates) and all bedrooms feature ceiling fans. A baby cot and high chair is available upon request. Also available at the villa are hairdryer, safety deposit box as well as iron and ironing board.
From the open plan living and dining area the glass patio doors lead the way to the outside area of this villa. The patio area is equipped with garden chairs and a table which combined with the brick built barbeque gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the experience of outside dining. The 9m x 4.5m swimming pool is surrounded a by patio area equipped with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. A special feature for this villa is the dedicated 2m x 2m children's pool allowing you to relax while the children are cooling down from the heat in their own dedicated area. A solar heated pool side shower is available to the side of the villa.
The mature garden surrounds the villa and offers plenty of lawned area for the children to play and a table tennis table can be provided upon request.
To the front of the villa you will find parking for up to 1 car.
The villa is located in the same cul-de-sac as Villa ref 62241, 62243 and 62245 making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together. As these villas are similar in style, layout and facilities the photography featured is representative of the different villas on the complex. Please note soft furnishings, curtains, linen etc may vary in colour and style between villas.
At the beginning of the private road leading down to the villas you will find a large lawned area featuring plenty of children's toys. This area is shared between all 5 villas on the complex.
Please note: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
The nearest restaurant is only a few hundred meters from the villa and the neighbouring village of Argaka is approximately 1.5 kilometres away, with a handful of additional tavernas dotted along the coastal road that leads back towards Polis. The undeveloped beaches of the Yialia and Argaka area stretch along a natural coastline of coarse sand, shingle and pebble. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella. Refreshments can be found at one of the tavernas scattered along the coastal road or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas in Argaka.
Polis is the principal town for the region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The town has an archaeological museum and cultural centre. Polis which is approximately 10 kilometres away offers the nearest organized beach to the villas backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.
Moving away from the coastal areas to venture a little further inland, you can explore some of the villages off the beaten track where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, Churches and wineries with free wine tasting!
Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 45 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark, Paphos Zoo and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 40 minute to 1 hour drive.
