DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Casa Bianca is spread over two floors, which are connected by a marble staircase.
The main entrance of this historical villa leads into a spacious living area decorated with Italian antique furniture, fine upholsteries in warm tones, and elegant sofas, creating a unique atmosphere. From the main entrance to the right, the dining room combines classic Italian antique furnishings and vaulted windows with views of the patio and Mediterranean gardens. To the left, a door leads to an intimate living space with a comfortable sofa and country-style armchairs with views of the gardens surrounding the property, a studio, one bathroom with a shower, and one service bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen features traditional Italian antique majolica from Vietri and charming vaulted ceilings.

Returning to the main entrance, the marble and wood staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with a double bedroom and bathroom. The second floor leads to an intimate living area with three elegantly furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with access to the panoramic terrace, two spacious bedrooms with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The interiors open out onto a patio with stunning views of the gardens, connecting to a suite with a living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Outdoors: Casa Bianca has a main gate entrance leading to the outdoor areas and a smaller gate on the property side. The shaded patio surrounding the property, furnished for lounging and dining, leads to the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas equipped with an outdoor pizza oven. The garden extends to the pool area, furnished with sun loungers, large umbrellas, and an expansive lawn where guests can unwind and relax.
The property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs due to the stairway leading to the floors throughout the property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the town of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, Villa Mellicata offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located just a short distance away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is easily accessible from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, located approximately 15 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 10 kilometers to the northwest.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
