Beautifully kept two bedroom, two bathroom elevated private home. Canal home off of the Baron River which leads right out to unlimited areas for fishing in the Gulf , ten thousand Islands and Everglades National Park. No bridges to go under with your boat. Walk or bike to playground, tennis, restaurants and the grocery store. Great fishing or just a quiet place to relax. Screened porch with sitting area and also a daybed for those cooler night. Stunning sunsets over the river. Washer and dryer at home. Private Dock with lift. Dock has one side that is a floating dock so easier to put in kayaks.

The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, dishes, utensils and more. Everything you need is there. Games and DVD player for the kids. Sitting area and grill downstairs in the shade with fans, in addition to the screened porch upstairs. We keep the home stocked with everything to keep you comfortable. Home has washer and dryer. Great place to fish, bike, and go to the local attractions. Explore the Everglades National Park, airboat, hike, fish and more

Please note: maximum occupancy is 4 Adults. This is strictly enforced. No pets allowed. House not suitable for children. Maximum vehicles that will fit in driveway is 4 (a truck with boat trailer will count as 2). If you have more than that, please contact me prior to booking. The Dock has a lift which is suitable for inshore boats (we have a 21 ft boat that fits on it). It is not suitable for larger offshore boats. Room to dock 1 boat.

Amazing how well the property was recovered after the hurricane . It was very clean and the boat dock worked well for my small boat the neighbors were very friendly and helpful

Great Place for Kayakers

This condo is quiet and in a nice neighborhood one block from the Barron River. It's well-furnished with comfortable beds and furniture, and the HVAC system is excellent. We had an SUV with trailer for our kayaks and bikes, and there was plenty of parking space for everything. Daniel and Jamie have the best and largest second floor screened porch of any place we have stayed. We truly enjoyed our six-week stay. Everglades City is a terrific place for kayakers.

We are a family with all boys that love the outdoors!! Our kids fish, bike, ride horses- pretty much anything to keep them busy. We LOVE going to Everglades City as much as possible to fish, bike around town, or just sit under the house and relax. We hope you love your time there as much as we do!!

This property has everything you could want. Shaded areas to relax, screened porch, washer and dryer and a boat lift and dock. Quiet streets to bike ride. Fun little restaurants dot the river edge that are great for date night!! the fishing is amazing and not crowded- Or just sit along riverside drive and watch the amazing sunsets each night.

What makes this property unique

Waterfront, boat lift and dock, floating dock on one side makes putting kayaks in easier., fish cleaning table and power at the dock, ice machine and more. We use this home personally and it has everything we think makes your visit perfect!
