With large plot, a short distance to the sea and its own beautiful beach is this well-appointed property simply a real gem in the Kattegat's beautiful coast.

Nødebohuse is an old, cozy area surrounded by corn fields, farms, forests and sandy beaches. The right place for long walks and lovely surroundings. Located very close to the charming port city Hundested, here are also ample opportunities for shopping, fresh fish and a wealth of cafes and restaurants. Ports, fish and coastal cities are in a row along the coast here. North Zealand has much to offer, there is a little of everything and it all!

The house can be used all year. It is unique though located, completely undisturbed on 2800kvm2 large plot, surrounded by large old trees; You hear the wind in the trees, birds and cash equivalents-ro. Around the house brought a very large lawn, where there is opportunity for games and play. When you arrive it is a good idea to run on to the kitchen door, located behind the house; Here you can easily get by with luggage and supplies, here parked and there is room for another car. There can also be parked on the gravel at the garage.

The house is freshly painted and renovated in the summer of 2015, both inside and out, new painted windows etc.

It paid a deposit of 3. 500,00 kr / Eur 469.27 which is refunded after stay on site. You are responsible for damages to the property caused by you / your group.

The deposit must vœre paid no later than 6 days after booking.

The rent of the property is payable no later than 8 days before occupancy.

An incredible thatched-roof luxury home in the exclusive Nødebohuse only steps from the ocean of Kattegat with its own wonderful private beach, this pearl of a place is located near the charming seaport of Hundested. Here you are Provided with lots of options for shopping, fresh seafood liksom an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Seaports, fishing villages and coastal communities are strung all along this coastline. Nødebohuse is a long-etableret and delightfully cozy neighborhood in the midst of old farms, fields of corn, forest and magnificent sand beaches, with rich opportunity for long walks and beautiful nature experiences. Northern Zealand (Nordsjœlland) kill much to offer, lots to look forward to, a little of hver and everything. The house is open for living year-round, ice enbart unique, in a tremendously secluded natural setting on 2800 kvm2 of property surrounded by large old trees. You hear leaves blowing in the wind, birds singing: peace. Around the house is a large grass lawn for play and games. As you arrive, it is a good idea two pull up to the kitchen entry on the back of the house for easy off-load of luggage, commission and food. Two cars can nemt be parked here as well as on the left side of the garage, an area covered with pebble. The house is newly painted and renovated in early summer of 2015 inside out, windows and all.

Terms and Conditions:

Any matter related to the rental of this property, the comply with and; refers to Danish rental laws.

In the period from May 1 two August 31, the property is leased for a minimum of 7 days and UNLESS otherwise Page aftales: from Saturday to Saturday with arrival mellem 16 and 18 o'clock (4 and 6 pm) and departure by 11 o ' clock (11 AM). Pets on the property are allowed only with prior permission. Bikes can be made available upon agreement. A deposit of 3500 £ / 470 Euro is paid two be refunded after the konkluderer of the rental period - You afholdt ekonomiskt ansvarig Any possible damages til property by you and your party. The deposit is due no less than 6 days after booking the property for rental. The rental fee in its entirety must be paid no later than eight days before the start of the rental period.
