Apartment located a few steps from the telecabina connecting with Marilleva 1400, node of the ski area MARILLEVA - FOLGARIDA - MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO.
The three-room apartment consists of a kitchenette (equipped with crockery, microwave, fridge and stove), living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a 32 inch flat screen TV. There is also a beautiful livable terrace.
The owners are not present during the stay, however a reference person is available on site for any need.
At the time of check-in, 60 euros must be paid for the delivery and collection of keys and final cleaning services. Blankets and pillows are provided but towels and sheets are not provided. The price includes the costs of water, electricity and gas.
It is possible to request the supply of linen (sheets and towels) for € 15 per person.
On request there is the possibility to use a covered parking inside the residence (price € 5 per night to be paid locally)
We hope that guests behave according to the principles of common sense. In respect of those who will use the house after you are asked not to smoke inside the apartment. In particular, please respect the times of silence, respecting the rules of the residence and good neighborhood.
The apartment is in a decidedly strategic point of the Val di Sole; within a quiet residence with supermarket and services within walking distance. With a 10-minute walk along the cycle path you get to the village of Mezzana for every other need. During the summer, if you are interested in trekking, in a quarter of an hour you can reach by car the starting point for hundreds of destinations - both to Peio and Tonale to Madonna di Campiglio and the Brenta Dolomites - from more accessible to the highest altitude (like the Vioz at 3. 500mt or the Presena glacier with its equipped paths). If you do not feel like walking, the numerous cable cars and chair lifts offer you the chance to enjoy truly unique landscapes!
During the winter, the connections between the various lifts allow you to leave the house on foot and even ski up to the Grostè without having to ever move your car from the parking lot! In conclusion Marilleva 900 is a very pleasant place both in winter and in summer and the apartment will meet your needs.
