This upstairs vacation rental unit is 2nd row Garden City, with easy, quick access to the beach 91 feet to boardwalk over dune. It is located about a mile south of the Garden City pier and has excellent views of both the ocean and the marsh of Murrell's Inlet. ABEACHINHOUSE Up has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and a pull-out sofa that will accommodate 2 additional people. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large spacious NO TOWELS or SHEETS PROVIDED. NEW FURNATURE IN DINNING ROOM,
FAMILY ROOM AND FRONT FAMILY ROOM. NEW SLEEPER, SOFA, TABLES, LAMPS, RUGS AND MORE.

December Stay

Space was great comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Kroger food store quick car ride to get anything we needed. Public Beach access directly across the street/ enjoyed walking on the beach everyday.

Location nice but Inside furniture "tired" and Not Clean

We liked being close to the beach, however we paid a substantial cleaning fee and the rooms were not clean. We had to scrub the bathtub before we could use it, the large vent near the kitchen was filthy and covered in dirt and dust. We swept under the beds and a lot of dust, dirt and sand was there. We wiped the window sills and they were dirty with dead bugs on them. The stove and oven have not been cleaned in a long time and the fridge is very old. The photos on the VRBO website are misleading. The furniture looks worn and the carpets are stained. We brought our own linens as they are not provided. In our email communication with the host we were advised that there were plenty of blankets. However the so called "blankets" were actually old yellow bedspreads which we had to use a few times when the nights were chilly. Not sure what the "Host Fee" is for, but we feel the cost of the cleaning fee and host fee were unreasonable amounts to charge. The only thing this place has going for it is the proximity to beach. For the price we paid it was not worth it for us. Unless the host makes substantial improvements to the interior as well as provide value for the fees the host charged, we would not recommend this property.

Garden city gem

Had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, public beach access is right across the road which made it super easy to access the beach. Rented a golf cart which provided access to everything we needed with just a short ride. The house was in great condition and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend
