Villa El Vergel 1 ( VV-35/2/ 0001864 ) is located in the area of El Vergel on the popular Caleta De Fuste Golf resort. This detached 3 bedroom villa comprises about 110 sq m of internal living space comfortably catering for 4 - 6 people. The villa has card access to a lovely large communal pool nearby .

It is situated approximately 200 metres from the Elba Palace 5 star Golf hotel and 10 to 15 minutes walk to beautiful sandy beaches and bus routes all over the island. Car hire is very reasonably priced, with pickups at the Airport.

It is located approximately 15 minutes drive from the Airport, a 2 Euro bus ride or approximately 15 Euros in a Taxi. Puerto del Rosario can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

The lively resort of Caleta , with bars, restaurants, and nightly entertainment is a pleasant 20 minutes stroll along the promenade and beach front.

The Atlantico commercial centre, containing the nearest supermarket can be reached within a 15 minute walk, where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and a 10 pin Bowling centre.

The villa has stylish décor with wooden furnishings, modern comforts and cooling tiled floors. The lounge has a 2 large sofas comfortably seating 6 people . We have also provided for your entertainment, a flat screen TV with UK channels including BBC, ITV and Sky New,. and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs,

WiFi is available, at cost supplied by FuerteWifi.

The kitchen is well equipped , including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dish Washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker and toaster. Tableware, glassware, cutlery and utensils for all your cooking, dining and serving needs.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, it sleeps six in 1 double en-suite, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Each of the bedrooms contain quality cotton bedding and duvets. Bath, hand and beach towels are supplied.

From the large roof terrace there are views of the sea beyond the golf course , and also views of the mountains to the South west.

There are regular bus services from the nearby Atlantico Centre to Correlejo, Puerto Del Rosario, the Airport, Gran Tarajal and Morro Jable.

Cars can be hired from the airport or in Caleta town. Motor cycles or scooters can be hired from the town at reasonable rates. We have had good service from PlusCar, Autoreisen and Payless for car hire and East Coast Rides for motor cycle and scooter hire.

Lovely villa and Alan is super helpful

Had a great time in this lovely villa, lovely and clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, like a home from home. The owner Alan is really helpful and kept in contact the whole timeand even allowed us a late check out to meet our flight.

We have travelled extensively and been able to consider carefully where we would like to spend holidays and time outside of UK. . After visiting Fuerteventura a number of times, we decided Caleta de Fuste was the ideal location. Not only for the pleasing all year round climate and sunshine, but the location is only 10 minutes from the airport, making transfers inexpensive and less stressful. Also appealing is the location of the golf course, literally on the doorstep ,the sandy beach at the end of the road, and the peace and tranquility offered at his location, which is essential when wishing to re charge the batteries.

Why they chose this property

The villa is ideally located, a 12 -15 Euro , 15 minute taxi journey from Fuerteventura airport.
It is just 15 minutes walk or a few minutes drive from the Atlantico shopping centre which has a supermarket, bank and a number of select boutiques as well as a cinema and bowling alley. A number of quality hotels are located near the Atlantico Centre, some offering bar and restaurant services to non-residents
