The Seattle House is a 750 sq ft one bedroom, one bathroom custom built guest house located in West Seattle. Sleeps four with a queen sized bed on the main floor bedroom with smart tv, queen sized bed in loft area accessed via ships ladder and a queen sleeper sofa on the main floor living area with large smart tv and led fireplace. An additional lounge area and view deck is located in a loft space accessed by a "ships-ladder." Easy access to the airport , local West Seattle attractions, and downtown Seattle. Breath taking west-facing views from main floor and view deck.

Bright and beautiful guest house

We loved our stay, this property had everything you could ask for in a short rental and more. Modern amenities and decor. Highly recommend!

Excellent and easy holiday getaway

I have family in Seattle and wanted a place to stay nearby where my college-age daughter and I could be self sufficient. This place felt welcoming, comfortable, high-quality and easy. I was able to cook two holiday dishes while here and contribute to family meals. Bedding was comfortable and we both slept well. I hope to stay here again!!

Seattle House

Fantastic property that is new, light, tastefully designed and decorated, and comfortable. A view of the Sound and the mountains greet you in the morning from the west-facing kitchen window. The communication with the property manager was online only. She was prompt with her responses. Her written instructions in the house were easy to understand.

Calm Within The City

We were beyond impressed with our stay. The home was just as pictured, if not better. Every detail was thought of and it was very clean. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. It was a nice landing spot to come back to after long days visiting the nearby National Parks and attractions. We would highly recommend The Seattle House!!

Cutest place ever!!!

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, it was in a safe and cute neighborhood and the house its self was just adorable. Comfortable bedding as well as beautiful decor. The host was great to talk to and answered questions promptly

Why they chose this property

We have been working on this project for a number of years. Extensively planning with a local architect and builder to enhance the project with many custom details (i.e. hand cut and welded railings, customs cabinets and under stair butlers pantry with coffee bar).

What makes this property unique

View deck with mountain and sound views. Close to downtown bus stop. Easy access to airport, downtown Seattle, and local West Seattle businesses and restaurants.
