Newly renovated high-end studio beach cottage with beautiful views of the ocean. This is a small cottage with four hundred square feet of living space and cathedral ceilings. It is open for Two guest. The cottage has a king size bed, sofa 75 inch TV.
All new appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer. The photos and video say it all. The location of this property is it biggest asset situated right at the beach access and only about a five minute walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and shopping. There is so much to do that is so close to this location there is no property quite like it. YOUR PARKING SPOT IS BETWEEN THE COTTAGE AND THE BEACH ACCESS. DISREGARD THE NO PARKING SIGN THAT IS THERE SO NO ONE PARKS IN YOUR SPOT.
WHEN PARKING YOUR CAR IN DRIVEWAY PLEASE MOVE AS FAR FORWARD AS POSSIBLE. OCCATIONALY THERE WILL BE A SERVICE PERSON OR PROPETY MATAINCE PERSON WHO WILL PARK BEHIND YOU. THIS SERVICE PERSON WILL BE ON THE PROPERTY FOR A SHORT TIME AND WILL MOVE THERE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUEST. The home is on the beach so It is important to keep all doors and windows closed so that bugs from outside do not enter the cottage. We spray the outside every two weeks to minimize there presence.
There are no linens for beds
You will need to to bring or rent from local linen company
I can provide you with companies that rent linens and towels in area.
You can also bring king size linens and towels if you do not want to rent.

We were dissatisfied with linen service follow up. Wrong dates were recorded snd difficulty getting the linen service contact info. Also mix up on check out date.

The Little Mermaid

This place is adorable but incredibly small. The bathroom is sufficient with the exception of the walls not going to the ceiling. Basically anyone sitting in the rest of the unit can hear everything going on in the bathroom. Fortunately, we're a married couple but it was a little odd when we had a friend over. We expected to bring our linens, but thought there would at least be soap, shampoo, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. There weren't. Fortunately, there's a Food Lion just down the road so we could grab what we needed. The access to the beach was great and the proximity to restaurants and bars was great too. The bed was very comfortable and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Stefan, the owner, was very responsive and very helpful. It's a cute little spot in Atlantic Beach.

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Just the two of with a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen. Beach was great for combing for shells and fishing for my husband.

Cozy and Great!

Nice and quiet, quant, cozy, clean, 100 feet from the beach, close to grocery store, restaurants as well as fast food if that’s what you want. Owners were very friendly and accommodating to any needs or suggestions we had, and gracious. We will return cause this is a hidden jewel At Atlanta Beach, not to mention its very updated unique!

Why they chose this property

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. . You can walk only a few minutes from the home to fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now only steps away from the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the porch and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we bought this property.
