A pleasant 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive along lake side from the Wanaka Township. Near to lake side walking and biking tracks. Ample off street parking. Very safe / secure neighbourhood.

Perfect spot to relax.

Excellent presentation, very clean and tidy. Nice comfy bed and a quiet neighbourhood. Enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Hassle Free Accomodation

Excellent location on a quiet street close to Wanaka township. Had everything you needed for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Very clean and tidy. Matt was always available if we needed him. Would recommend to friends and family.

Manuka Rooms was very comfortable, clean and tidy. We felt very much at home there for the week we stayed. A complimentary box of chocolates on arrival was much appreciated! We would choose to stay there again.

Skiing holiday

A lovely, compact holiday home. Great location, very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. No carport available even though shown in listing photo’s. No washing machine in house, washing is done by on sight manager, which is not always appropriate. Heat pump struggled to heat the house effectively especially in the middle of winter. A dishwasher would be an ideal addition and a mid week change of towels needs to be included. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good accommodation in Wanaka

Good accommodation with lots of outdoor space and beautiful balcony. Bathroom was a bit small and we missed having the washing machine in our own accommodation. The car port was used by the manager but would have been great to use if the weather turned out bad.

Regularly Mt Bike to keep fit while enjoying the local trails, I go snow skiing in winter, Kite surfing in summer and do a little hiking in between.

Part of a local church, enjoy running my own business and taking time out to see other places around Nz & Overseas. Fortunate to live in such an awesome place.
