Modern and clean self contained 2 bedroom apartment under owners home. Cross Papamoa Beach Road and reserve and walk 1 min to fabulous white sandy surf beach of Papamoa Beach. 5 minutes walk from Papamoa Surf Club. The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk to Fashion Island, local cafes, an 8 minute drive to Bayfair shopping centre, 15 min drive to Tauranga airport and Mt Maunganui. Beautiful views to Mayor and Motiti Islands. Great place to relax, enjoy the beach, surf, fish, base yourself for any events in the Tauranga/Mount/BOP area. Off street parking for one vehicle. Suitable for mature adults and families. No parties.

Great beach accommodation

Terrific stay at Diana’s property. It was spacious, well equipped and in a great location to access to Papamoa beach and shops, and a short drive to Mt Manganui. Diana was very easy to communicate with with detailed instructions on how to access the property and use the facilities. Would certainly come again.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in quiet spot close to beach

Lovely light filled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, across the road from the beach. Very quiet, close to shopping centre, café and restaurants as well. Everything was clean, beds made up, towels provided, shower excellent pressure and good temperature. It was a little cold on arrival but that was soon fixed using reverse cycle air conditioning. I used the spare blanket on the bed, others may prefer heating in the bedrooms.

Great Location

Papamoa beach is one of best beaches I’ve ever visited, and this unit is right across the street. Lovely apartment and super value. We really enjoyed our stay.
