Upton Heights is a generous five bedroom house with two living areas - perfect for a larger family, or a couple of families - allowing space for everyone!

Gorgeous and modern this house is accentuated with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a scullery and modern appliances making entertaining a breeze.

The house is warmed by 2 heat pumps - one upstairs and one downstairs, it has a wood burner in the downstairs living area, with additional electric heating available.

This light, airy and tastefully decorated house has access to a sun drenched paved outdoor entertaining area. The lawn and enclosed section is terrific for the kids, whilst you sit at the expansive outdoor furniture cooking on the hooded modern BBQ. Alternatively you could venture to the second sun drenched lounge upstairs to curl up with your favourite book or glass of wine - the choice is yours.

The wonderful indoor/outdoor flow will ensure you are able to spread out and fully enjoy all this great house has to offer. Basking in the sunshine and all only a short 5 min stroll to the lake or the center of town.

Upton Heights is located next to several of our other properties - Dragonfly Cottage, Pembroke Lodge, Pembroke Villa, McDougall Cottage and the Apartments on Upton - the options are limitless for you to find the perfect combination of these for your next group getaway!

Fantastic House

9 of us stayed here over Christmas and had a great time. The photos of the property don't really do it justice, it's modern and we'll furnished. The back garden is a sunny spot to have a BBQ. The property is easy to find and in a good location. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre of Wanaka. Communication with the hosts was very efficient.

Fantastic home for 2 families

Great home to comfortably sleep 10. Lots of bathrooms. Warm with fantastic supply of firewood. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend Just 1 suggestion: bar stools would be a great addition

Great location.

Lovely property, we booked for a wedding and a group of us stayed. Heaps of bathrooms and great kitchen. Only complaint would be that TV system was a bit difficult to get working and the beds were all just single ones that were pushed together.... nasty gap in the middle of the bed would have been better to have proper Queen or King beds. Over all great place.

Perfect place to stay for us

Upton Heights was the perfect place for our family to stay in Wanaka. Walking distance to town, very spacious, plenty of bathrooms so we weren't in each others way. All the amenities in the house you would need for a short stay including powder for the washing machine. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We would stay at Upton Heights again.
