About this property

Get away from Auckland, kick back and relax on the deck or on the beautiful white sand beach, a 250m flat walk. Spacious, modern beach house on two levels, large open plan kitchen/living/dining opens out onto big upstairs deck. Well equipped kitchen next to the eight seater dining table, plus five bar stools, so the cook doesn't miss out on the conversation. Carpeted double garage with internal access.

Two bedrooms upstairs, both queen beds. The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe off it, perfect for a portable cot. Two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen and a single bed, the other bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom on each level (one is ensuite off master bedroom) plus a third toilet with hand basin upstairs.

Bring the boat for fishing and diving, plenty of flat off street parking. Boat ramps at nearby estuary and Marsden Cove marina.
Beach is surf patrolled during summer months, also safe swimming for young children at estuary.

Five minute drive to Ruakaka town centre, supermarket, doctor, cafe, chemist, tavern and takeaways among others. Cafe/takeaways at Ruakaka beach and dairy a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes nearby at Marsden Cove and Ruakaka Town Centre, also at Waipu a ten minute drive away.

Waipu 18 hole golf course five minutes away with fantastic sea views.

Flexible check in/check out depending on other bookings, minimum two night stay on week days and weekends, three nights long weekends and Easter, can vary depending on circumstances.

We have fully refunded all guests that have had to cancel due to a Covid 19 lockdown.

Lovely property very close to a great beach

Spacious, there were only two of us, so we had lots of bedrooms and toilets to choose from. Very quiet location with easy access from SH1

Lovely home, clean, tidy, so easy.

Really lovely home, very clean and tidy. Spacious, light, quiet. Outdoor tap around the side is great for cleaning feet after the beach, or shower if needed. Living area is on the top floor, so feel elevated which is lovely. Loads of light and air. I'd be quite happy to move in lol! Thanks :)
