This is a modern 3 bedroom house located right on the beachfront, just walk across the road and you are on the beach. Our kitchen is well equipped with all the latest mod. cons making cooking or entertaining a breeze. The lounge has been set up with a 50' smart TV, DVD,Sky and Freeview. A range of DVD’s, games, puzzles are kept on site for your entertainment. The master bedroom also has a 32" wall mounted TV connected to Sky, Freeview and Chromecast.
Outdoor furniture and BBQ are on the large deck at the front of the house ensuring that you make the most of the coastal vista (Sun shades fitted during summer).
Ligar bay is known for its beautiful golden sands, safe swimming haven, and the perfect place to relax with family or friends. We provide free of charge 2 kayaks and life jackets to help enjoy this magic place.

With plenty of parking at the rear of the property, why not bring the boat. Ligar bay is situated within 5 minutes of 2 boat ramps, one at Tata Beach and the other at Tarakohe Wharf.

The local grocery store and cafes at Pohara are only 5 minutes away, otherwise take a 10-15 minute drive to Takaka township and enjoy the shopping, entertainment, cafes or supermarkets.

TARIFFS:

High Season: 1st Dec to 28th Feb an including school holidays (except July holidays) and Public holidays/ Public Weekends throughout the year
$270 per night for 4 guests and extra person $20 each.

Low Season: $180 per night for 4 guests and extra person $20 each.
this includes July school holidays.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
