Welcome to Lake Rotoiti Views, a sun soaked holiday home with sensational lake views. It is the perfect holiday destination for couples or a group of friends or family to enjoy and make the most of the lake and local activities.

ATTENTION: We have a temporary issue with access to the jetty - There is currently no access to the lake and Jetty via the stairs from the front lawn. There is however a private boat ramp 500 meters down the road for guests and residents to use where you can access the lake, swim, launch your boat and kayaks.

The holiday home offers

• Plenty of parking for cars and boats.

Boating access is easy with a boat launching ramp 2 minutes from the house and jetty on the property. See note above about access to the beach and jetty - temporarily unavailable.

A great base to explore the many activities Rotoiti has to offer including water sports, fishing, bathing at the Manupirua Thermal Springs (5 minutes by boat), and Okere Falls cafe.

Rotorua airport is 15 minutes and the center of town is 20 minutes by car.

Gorgeous Location

Our family of 6 stayed 3 nights in the house and had a great time. It is very spacious and has a lot of interesting things to look at or do. The kids were very entertained by the video games. Although it is half an hour out of Rotorua, the location is quiet and the view of the river is simply stunning. It was very peaceful and lovely to return to after a busy day. There was an issue with bedding which was resolved quickly and without fuss. We would happily recommend and wish we had longer to stay.

A peaceful lakeside house

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful and secluded property on Lake Rotoiti. The check-in instructions were thorough and we found the house to be clean and practical for our family. We would recommend it to other families wanting a quiet few days away near the lakes of Rotorua.

Great place

Location is a short drive from Rotorua. Secluded enough to feel like your away from civilisation yet close enough if you need to go shopping, restaurants etc. In a little community area on the lake. Lovely house, pull out couches could use some updating. Other than that everything was relatively clean and great communication with Russell even during our 15 days stay. Great addition of kayaks to use on the lake. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing!

We loved our stay, this was the perfect home for our extended family holiday of 4 adults and 4 kids, beautiful view and great spaces to be in. Loved having use of the kayak and plenty of life jackets in a variety of sizes made life easy. Will definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a holiday home where we could entertain friends and family and were introduced to the area by friends. We immediately fell in love with the lake and the secluded location.
The views from the property are stunning and the access to the water and surrounding means there is never a shortage of things to do.

What makes this property unique

Perhaps the best feature is access to so many activities in the immediate area. The property is elevated above the lake and has a secluded beach with jetty. Exploring, water skiing, biscuiting, boating, hot pools, fishing, kayaking or just bathing.

The area around the house is surrounded by a pine forest which is great for walking, jogging, and mountain biking. The tracks wind their way through quiet pine forest and have great views of the lake and access to thermal areas including a hot water stream and pool.
