The Space:
Private garden situated on peaceful Bills Way with space for the boat!

This cottage is privately surrounded by a well established garden and situated on peaceful Bills Way, close to the lake and town centre. Plenty of private space for vehicles and a boat. Recently upgraded, the modern furnishing complement the property's rustic charm.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a good range cooking utensils and tableware.

The living area features an open plan kitchen/lounge space with ample sofas, large dining table, a great wood burner with firewood supplied.

There is also a night store heater in the lounge room and heater in the far bedroom.

Bed Configuration as follows:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 1 single and 1 set of bunks

***Portable cot with bedding and portable highchair available for hire at an additional cost of $95 for the duration of your stay***

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Fantastic!

Fantastic home! Great location, especially if you’re heading up to TC! Had a great stay here with friends and family. Home met all our needs. Only comment would be about having to pay for wifi. Not experienced this at other homes. Not a biggie but have just not come across this before. Would definitely recommend this place.
