Dillon Delight - Waihi Beach holiday home

Dillon Delight is a great option for a couple, or a family or two to enjoy as a base at Waihi Beach. Located in a fantastic spot 2 minutes to the Flat White Cafe and beach.

This holiday home is great for a weekend getaway or a summer holiday giving you the freedom to do your own thing and self-cater. A bonus is you do not have to leave your pet at home as small dogs are welcome at this fully fenced property.

This holiday home is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom property with additional living area set up in the garage including a second toilet. This Waihi Beach home includes casual and cosy open plan living to relax indoors or you can set yourself up on either deck for a BBQ with your group.

Bedroom 3 - King single bed plus a single bunk

There is additional accommodation in the garage, which has a double bed plus comfy couches, perfect for the kids to hang out!

There is 1 bathroom indoors as well as a toilet in the garage and an outdoor shower for convenience after days in the sand and surf.

Special conditions / extras:
To help you enjoy your last day, and ensure the property is in top condition for every guest, a mandatory departure clean applies. The fee for this is in addition to the nightly rate, and pricing is available when making your booking, subject to your group size.

Please note the nightly rate is based on 6 guests so any additional guests up to a maximum of 8 are an extra $15.00 per person, per night. A pet fee of $15 per stay, per dog, is also incurred in addition to the nightly rate.

Minimum nights, bond, special conditions, and other fees may apply.

NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (top and bottom sheet, pillowcases, towels, and facecloths).

If required, Linen for the King and Queen bed can be provided at an additional cost of $30 for each bed, please ask on booking.

Glorious holiday!

Our return to Dillon Delight did not disappoint. Lisa is fantastic to deal with and very responsive. The location is fabulous, and the house is very comfortable and very clean. It was topped off by great weather. Wonderful!

Summer Getaway

A great place to stay for a beach holiday. Really close to the beach, and handy to shops and cafes. Comfortable and quiet on a back section, with off street parking. Bach is fully furnished with everything you could want for a beach holiday, even multi channel TV for those rare rainy days.
