The well-equipped modern roomy kitchen and dining room lead to the north west wing with the seperate master suite on the upper level boasting a walk through dressing room and generous ensuite with rural view.
Two bedrooms offer bird's view of the entire Rotorua basin in every direction, the entire city, lake, forestry, Gandola Mountain and thermal area such as Te Puia and the other two bedrooms provides spectacular forest views.
