Cooks Estuary Escape - Waterfront at your doorstep

This is truely a peaceful place to enjoy your holiday time with family and friends.
A home that is well equipped to accommodate two families (up to 10) comfortably and extra space for more people as required.
A thoughtful layout and fantastic socialising area with indoor / outdoor flow to the estuary waterfront ensures your time staying is easy and enjoyable.
Patios on all sides of the house enable you to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The garage is fully insulated and carpeted to add an additional sleeping area as agreed. At the end of the property the kids can play in the sand, the park and swings, or you can take out the kayak or paddle board (outside hot/cold shower for convenient cleanup after the beach), a short walk around the waterfront to the main beach, or take in many of the local attractions.
***The three week Christmas / New Year holiday period is booked in three slots of 7 days. All other holiday periods have minimum night stays. Please enquire for your dates.***
*Fibre broadband with Netflix Guest Account.
*Pet friendly with prior approval-guest to pay for any damages.
*Some life jackets are supplied. Guests must supply their own life jackets that fit to their size.

Amazing holiday home

Amazing holiday home, with beautiful views of the water. So much grass out the front for the kids to play and a very short walk to a playground, as well as walking along the estuary to the beach. House has everything you need with so much space, and was so clean and tidy, was lovely to walk in to. Kayaks were an added bonus, were excellent condition and was so much fun to paddle out from the house. Garage was great for storage for our bikes and prams too. Thank you so much for such a wonderful house, we will definitely be back!

Event weekend away

Awesome property with plenty of space in a great location. Everything we needed supplied right down to shot glasses! Great to be able to enjoy the water with kayaks etc. Friendly neighbours too. Awesome value! Will recommend to others and be back again. Thanks for making everything so easy.

At ease in the Estuary

It was a very simple process to rent the property. The property is in an excellent location and is a beautiful property. Central to Whitianga, Cathedral cove and Hotwater Beach, getting to all the Coromandel tourist spots is easy via private car from this spot. Or you can just stay put and soak up the fantastic views. Loved our stay!

Great summer spot

This place is perfect for the summer. Lovely big new house and everything you need. Fantastic location. Lots close by. Great owner with fantastic communication. Very quiet at night. Beautiful beach on your doorstep.
