Summary:
Your newly refurbished and renovated two level Distinctive home awaits. Located in an elevated position within a quiet popular residential neighborhood very close to Queenstown town centre. Offering bright, spacious living, all modern fixtures and furnishings and views towards the Remarkable Mountains. Offering all the necessary modern conveniences including new outdoor furniture, Gas Barbecue and fridge. Includes Free unlimited high-speed WIFI, Smart TV's, and Netflix.

The Space:
Your holiday home is located in a very convenient quiet residential area, seven minutes drive from Queenstown town centre, but also just far enough away to avoid the noise, hustle, and bustle of our busy tourist town.
The house is laid out on two floors with an adjoining staircase, this has a lockable dividing door if desired. Each floor does have its own external lockable entrance door. Although, the upstairs door is used as the main house entrance.
The property has three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs.
Your accommodation has just been completely renovated and lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes including high-end appliances. It offers executive living with the well-appointed main kitchen and downstairs kitchenette, a bathroom on each floor and a delightful upstairs main living space suitable for a large family and downstairs comfy lounge for the children or perhaps escaping for some quiet time.
Modern well lit, a comfortable lounge equipped with an outstanding gas fire and SMART flat screen TV with Netflix will ensure on those relaxing evenings in everyone is entertained.
All bedrooms have been fitted with high-end heat pumps* Mitsubishi Hypercore*. To add to your convenience there's a washing machine and high- end dryer on each floor.
Our refurbishment has focused on ensuring quality, ease of use and by asking ourselves the question, does it enhance stay and experience! Our guiding principle has been to help relax, rejuvenate and invigorate the soul.
Ideal for that special holiday, escape personal downtime between work roles, or whilst planning a new next project. Great for families, friends and work colleges. It offers everything needed for the traveller a long way from home.

(All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the house and cannot be provided last minute)

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything that is within the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic essential items you will need to cook meals during your stay.
We fully prepare the house prior to all new guest arrivals, providing you with fresh, clean linen and towels. If you believe you may require additional cleaning services during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival, so we can advise you in advance of any additional charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
Fernhill is a residential area with amazing wide views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible views and an amazing scenic experience if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk. A children's outdoor playground 8 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!

Getting Around:
Just at the end of our street is a bus stop. It is an 8-minute ride into central Queenstown $2. Alternatively, a taxi is a very cost-effective way to travel locally. "Takeme" is a local Queenstown version of "Uber" which is very cost effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive!

Interaction with Guests:
When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!

Clean, great accommodation for our group of 8. Kind of clunky check in. We were without connectivity as we travelled, and as a result could have used earlier information.

Queenstown Ski Magic
Our group of 11 skiers had a wonderful stay a this home. Very comfortable house in a good location, which was warm and welcoming on arrival. We would not hesitate to recommend and will stay again next season!

Ideal place for a family get together
Large house best for 10 (not 12) as doesn't cater properly for that many. We had leaking plumbing in the downstairs bathroom which wasn't addressed until after we left - other problems there also. Could do with an extra couch upstairs. Difficult kitchen to cater for 10 (no oven tray). BBQ good. No property details until day of arrival was unnerving. Giving credit card details over the phone was unsettling also.
