About Nancy Renee
My mom and her friend, two teachers, went on a trip together, travelling around Puerto Rico during a school vacation. When they discovered Rincon, they fell in love with it and decided to come back with their husbands. The two couples had discovered their perfect Caribbean refuge. The following year, they decided they wanted a place of their own in Rincon. They knew what they wanted and looked for a house on a calm beach but close to everything. They found our other house, which they named Casa Serena, it was in the perfect location. They bought the house, totally gutted it, rebuilt it and spent winters here together. They vacationed at Casa Serena as much as they could and eventually started renting it when they weren't there. When my husband and kids and I went to Rincon for the first time, it was love at first sight! We fell in love with the laid back atmosphere and friendliness of everyone in Rincon. It offered something for everyone; my daughter likes to sunbathe and swim and relax in our garden, my son likes all kinds of water sports, my husband and I like to try all the new restaurants, relax and do some sightseeing. So my mother and I decided to buy the land next to Casa Serena and build a new, larger house. When we built Casa Tamara, it was designed as a rental home from the beginning, but since our extended family loves Rincon so much, we often reserve Casa Tamara or both houses for our own family and friends and have lots of room for everyone. My mother's friend who originally discovered Rincon with my Mom, moved to Rincon permanently when she and her husband retired; they loved Rincon so much that they never wanted to leave.

Why Nancy Renee chose Pueblo
My mom was early to discover Rincon and really found a house in the perfect location. We are on the best beach for swimming and since it is in a residential community, it is not filled with tourists, so most of the time the only people on the beach are the people renting the houses along the beach. It is almost like having a private beach and yet we are close to a supermarket, shops, restaurants and a short walk down the beach from a small family hotel with a beach bar, restaurant and equipment rentals. If you anyone wants to surf, it is a short drive to the surfing beaches.
What makes this House unique
Besides the best location in Rincon, our homes have other unique advantages. We have a fenced in garden yard, great for children to runaround and play without you being worried that they will run right into the water and also great for sunbathing or reading on our lounge chairs and hammocks. Our homes are not built right up to the houses on both sides, there is a private driveway for off street parking for each rental. AND it is a short walk to Villa Cofresi, with beach bar and restaurant and rentals of kayaks, jet skiis, paddle boards etc. And 3 blocks to the supermarket and a few restaurants and shops. Really the best location.
