About this property

Enjoy beautiful holidays in our house "beach house of the sea 2", just a few steps from the fine sandy beach.

The house has a cozy living / dining area with kitchenette. Here you can enjoy a relaxing TV evening or a game night with the family.

The shower room can be reached via the entrance area of the house.

The first bedroom has a double bed and is a connecting room to the second bedroom. There is a bunk bed.

For our younger guests we have a highchair and a baby travel bed on site.

On the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy the warm sunshine and the pleasant climate of the pine forest at breakfast.

The environment invites to beach walks and long bike rides. The nearby beach and a beautiful beach playground are ideal for families.

Traumhaftschönes langes Wochenende

Es war super schön , niedliches tolles Haus , modern und sauber . Schön ausgestattet mit toller Terrasse . Es hat uns an nix gefehlt , das Meer nur paar Schritte entfernt . Hunde freundliche Umgebung . Tolle Lage . Wir kommen gern wieder 👍

Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr schöne Gegend, geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Der Strand ist sehr nah und gut erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nie wieder

Wir waren enttäuscht von dem Haus. Es macht einen sehr lieblosen Eindruck und wirkt nicht einladend. Man muss schon sehr genau lesen und in der Beschreibung eher darauf achten, was dort nicht steht. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler, obwohl Platz dafür gewesen wäre, zwei Küchenschränke sind nahezu leer. Selbst auf den Fön in der Ausstattung hat man verzichtet . Nach jedem Essen das Geschirr abzuwaschen, kann die Urlaubsfreude erheblich trüben. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle im Küchenschrank, diese hat aber keinen eigenen Stromanschluss weshalb man aus dem Schrank eine Verlängerungsschnurr über die Küchenzeile ziehen muss. An der Verkleidung der Küche fehlen die Endstücke, was sehr schäbig wirkt. Die Stuhlkissen waren abgenutzt und die Bänder abgerissen. Die Matratzen wurden wahrscheinlich noch nie gewechselt, sie sind definitiv durchgelegen. Das Doppelbett war eine Zumutung. Ein leerer Küchenschrank mit einem Mülleimer. In der jetzigen Zeit unangepasst (Mülltrennung). Die Küchenausstattung war äußerst mager, es gab nicht einmal einen Messbecher. Das Besteck zusammengestückelt und von minderer Qualität. Es gibt kein W-LAN. Dabei wäre es möglich, man sieht in der Netzwerkanzeige mindestens fünf oder sechs W-LAN-Netze der umliegenden Häuser. Wir brauchten es nicht, aber es ist nicht zeitgemäß. Ein vorhandenes Fahrrad, welches nicht einsatzbereit war, kann man entsorgen. Eine erhebliche Unfallgefahr stellen die losen Bretter auf der Terrasse dar. Das „hölzerne Badmöbel“ war teilweise defekt ( Klappfach) und sehr heruntergekommen. Diese Punkte sagen im Grunde alles - das Haus ist auf einem veralteten Stand und gibt einem das Gefühl, kein Gast sondern in erster Linie zahlender Touri zu sein. Dem Ganzen hat eine Verwaltungsgebühr von 70€ bei einem reinen Mietpreis von 465€ die Kröne aufgesetzt. Zumal diese 70 € Verwaltungsgebühr sehr gut versteckt waren. Wir sind nicht die ersten die unzufrieden sind. Bei den Mängeln aus 2017 und 2021 haben wir gedacht, das diese behoben sind. Wir kommen nicht wieder und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
