Villa built in July 2012 for single use! 8 people, approx. 260 m2,
4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, pool 8 x 4 m (with counter current system and solar heating).
Fantastic sea view in a quiet location. The ideal place to relax. The beautiful holiday home has 4 comfortable bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three in the attic) with double beds. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and mini safe. All three rooms in the attic have their own balcony and two are with sea view.
Modern living and dining area with large kitchen, dining table for 8 people, cozy sitting area in the living room with fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD and music system. Beautiful covered terrace with large table and seating for 8 people, outdoor fireplace (grill) and comfortable lounge seating group from which you have a fantastic view over the pool to the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned. Central heating. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens. Leisure basement with pool table. Utility room with washing machine and dryer

Toll, toll, toll!

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappt hervorragend. Wir waren 2 Wochen da, nach einer Woche wurden die Betten neu bezogen und eine Zwischenreinigung gab es ebenfalls - kostenlos!

Wundervoller Urlaub im Traumobjekt in perfekter Lage

Wir waren gerade Pfingsten für eine Woche in der Villa, haben ganz kurzfristig gebucht (Die Corona Auflagen haben etwas anderes nicht zugelassen) und waren mit 2 Familien insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder unterwegs. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts. Es ist alles bis ins Detail bedacht und funktional. Der Blick auf die Bucht und die Umgebung mit Restaurants und Strand in Laufweichreite sind traumhaft. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Bella villa in Istria

2018312 La villa è comodissima per otto persone. Quattro camere, ognuna col suo bagno; una cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici; un soggiorno spazioso e con TV satellitare. Nel seminterrato c'è il biliardo. Comunque il punto di forza della casa è rappresentato dalla terrazza coperta, attrezzata per il relax e il pranzo, e dalla piscina semplice ma gradevolissima. Pulizia esemplare in ogni parte della casa. Accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Claudio, vicino di casa e responsabile del check-in. Il paesino di Pomer, pur essendo sull'acqua, ha caratteristiche "agricole", perché la balneazione si fa un po' più avanti. Per questo non c'è presenza di bagnanti nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio, e la quiete è assoluta. Abbiamo goduto di tutte queste cose, e ci dispiace essere rimasti solo una settimana.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr schön - trotz zeitiger Anreise hat mit der Schlüsselübergabe alles geklappt. Das Haus ist perfekt für 8 Personen - jedes Pärchen hat ein eigenes Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte, wenn man gemütich ging, ca. 10 Min. Im Ort gibt es einige Lokale, in denen man sehr gut essen kann, sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste. 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!!

wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren 6 Personen, davon Oma im Alter von 85 Jahren. Wenn die Haustür aufgeht bekommt man bereits einen sehr schönen guten Überblick, wie sauber und freundlich das Haus auf einen wirkt. Vor allem für unser Mutter war das ebenerdige Schlafzimmer ein Traum. Alles ist super sauber. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht. Vor allem haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Es ist schwer die ganzen schönen Eindrücke in Worte zu fassen, da bereits in den vorherigen Bewertungen alles geschrieben wurde. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und wir haben uns die Woche die Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.
