The cozy town house Fleming is located in the center of Conil. It has been completely renovated and is modern. The town house impresses with the roof terrace with sea view where you can enjoy the sun. On the ground floor there is the living room with an LED TV (SAT TV) and a comfortable sofa. The open and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is adjacent to the living room.
A spiral staircase leads to the 1st Floor with the bedroom (double bed) with air conditioning and the bathroom. On the 2nd On the second floor there is the second bedroom (single bed) with direct access to the roof terrace. The terrace is furnished and also offers an outdoor shower to cool off.

Das kleine haus war ok . Es war alles da was man braucht . Gute lange zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Vielleicht sollte man mal manche Sachen mal erneuern . Aber wie gesagt soweit war alles ok .

Tolle Lage

Im Hause hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war super. Etwas abseits der Bars und Restaurants aber trotzdem war alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Zum Strand ca 10min Fußweg, in die Innenstadt keine 5min. Die Terassen sind super. Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eine tolle Woche im Mai in Conil de la Fonterra

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit zwei tollen Terrassen vor allem die Sonnenterrasse mit dem zauberhaften Blick aufs Meer. Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen war die Baustelle nebenan. Die Lage ist super zentral und die Agentur war super nett - alles hat tolle geklappt. Vielen Dank

Muy recomendable

Apartamento muy recomendable para estancia con amigos. Muy amplio, perfecta ubicación (en pleno centro pero sin demasiado ruido) y espectaculares terrazas.
