About this property

The Loft is a beautiful, remodeled condo with all new furniture. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an attached bathroom. The Loft area is the second bedroom featuring a queen size bed with a large full bath. The living room has two pull out twin size sleeper sofas. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare your meals. This unit also has its own washer and dryer. We are conveniently located between two major highways so it's quick and easy to get to anywhere that you want to go. We are minutes away from several baseball, softball, soccer and lacrosse fields. All of the major stadiums are a short 20 minute drive. Overland Park is only 10 minutes away!

This unit is on the third floor and there isn't an elevator available.

Our HOA will not allow stays under 30 days to use the pool.

Girls stay

It took a few minutes to figure out which place was ours. Didn't get a number besides the address. Also had to guess the wifi name, only password was provided. The place was clean and was perfect for our girls weekend. Beds are comfortable. Just a tip, if the living room tv doesn't come on, be sure to check connections to get tv to come on. Also the upstairs bedroom is a bit warmish so you might want a fan besides the ceiling fan. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. Loved having a QTrip across the street! Great weekend stay! Communication was awesome!

would have been nice to know it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, my husband has a bad knee. Not a single carving/cutting knife in kitchen. can opener was broken. we replaced can opener, and placed a carving knife in silverware drawer. Also, a couple more rolls of toilet paper would have been nice, left a couple extra in main bathroom. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

No better place to stay in Shawnee, especially if you are there for tournaments at the area’s softball complexes. Melanie’s communication is always prompt and her places are consistently clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

Bikes, bakeries, and bbq

We were very pleased with the property. It took 20-30 minutes to get to the KC attractions we wanted to visit. Traveling with our bikes, we enjoyed trails within 20 minutes. Bakeries and bbq within 10 minutes provided plenty of excellent food to enjoy! We would definitely return!
