As I want to feel home in Berlin, I bought a beautiful apartment there. As I am away most of the times, I like to share it with others.

The location to the center, the shops (supermarkets) and connectivity are important to me. The size of the apartment is 2-3 times more than a hotel room and the apartment offers the possibility to wash and cook. Internet is guaranteed.
The personal service and the facilities are great. And the design, the location and the well-maintained equipment of the apartment complete the very good impression.
Check in is possible from 3 pm until 0 am.. If the apartment is free, then you may already check in from 9 am at any time. Key collection is simple: to get the key in the Phoenix Lounge, Kyffhäuserstrasse 14, 10781 Berlin. There you will receive your welcome drink.
This is a wonderfully appointed apartment on a nicely quiet street in the middle of Berlin. Easy access to all the main areas of Berlin via the UBahn down the street. Bakeries, Markets, and Restaurants are all very close by. Not for the faint of heart, however, as the apartment is on the fifth floor, and it's a walk-up.
Helpful tip: Be absolutely certain you have everything with you before you leave at the end of your stay, because you leave the keys in the apartment, and there is absolutely no way to reopen the door once you shut it. I lost a good pair of sunglasses due to this.
Note to the owner: The main shower head needs cleaning for it to work properly, bathroom hand washcloths would be helpful, as well as kitchen washcloths.
Pleasant place to stay. Clean and many modern conveniences. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Above all, easy access to U7, which easily connects to most other lines. The flea market at Rathais Schoeneberg is fun on weekends. Would definitely stay here again.
I had a very nice stay here. The apartment is well located in the lovely Schonenberg area, close to many nice bars, restaurants and shops, but more in a neighborhood than a tourist area. The apartment has all necessary modern amenities and is very quiet and comfortable. The WiFi is a bit tricky (d/t a power saving mode), and I had to contact the local manager to walk me through how to activate it again. Overall, it was an excellent experience to stay here.
great place, very clean and comfortable, nice bed, internet usb provided for laptops (no wifi) recently renovated, good location with shops close by and easily accessible to all berlin sights by bus, modern kitchen with everything you need, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Be aware its up a long flight of stairs! But the hosts husband helped us with our bags- he was very nice but didn't speak much English so there was lots of hand gesturing but charming. Overall great place, amazing city, highly recommend!!!
The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very nice, clean, modern and has everything you can ever need for a nice stay in Berlin. The bed is comfortable, the building is secure and very quiet. The metro is a short walk. We loved it and are looking forward to visiting again.
The apartment was really clean, completely new and hospitable. it had everything one would need for a few days in the city and more and the owner was really nice and helpful. The neighborhood was really quite, but still a short train ride away from every major spot in Berlin. we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet street and offers beautiful views of a wooded area behind the house and a typical Berlin street in front.
The house itself is in very good condition and is occupied by middle-class families.
Excellent connection to the public transport system: The tube line U7 and the bus line 46 take you directly to the major sights and shops on the famous Kurfürstendamm. Of course, both are also easily reached on foot.

Dies gilt auch wenn in der Nichtraucherwohnung geraucht wurde.
In der Zeit von Mai 2015 - September 2015 wird die hintere Hausfassade saniert. Hierdurch kann es durch einen Gerüstbau zu Sichtbehinderungen und durch die Arbeiten zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen.
