The villa has 3 bedrooms, which all have a private bathroom with shower.
The entire living area is on a total area of 250 square meters.
The very large terrace with its two swimming pools is perfect for all-day stay.
From breakfast in the morning, till BBQ in the outdoor kitchen in the evening, the uses are highly diverse.

In the villa there is a small baby equipment, consisting of a changing table with baby bathtub, baby travel cot and a baby hammock.

The large garage with electric door has room for 2 cars. In addition, there are several parking spaces behind the villa.

The villa, built in 2006, is located close to the idyllic village Adsubia on a hillside with a magnificent view of the city, orange groves and the sea.
Only 12 minutes drive to the beach!
Due to its proximity to the coastal town of Denia, a variety of options for shopping, and restaurants/bars and attractions are offered.
The location, almost exactly halfway between Alicante and Valencia (approximately 110 km) makes the journey very comfortable, and the choice between two airports always guaranteed cheap flights.

Nos hemos alojado una semana en agosto en esta magnífica propiedad. La casa está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario en menaje.La piscina es un lujo,hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables con aire acondicionado. La playa a menos de media hora en coche. Una experiencia fantástica

Beautiful and private spot.

We have had a wonderful stay in this villa. The location and views are superb, there are shops and supermarkets close by and after just 20 to 30 minutes driving you can jump in the Mediterrenean Sea. The villa is spacious and the pool and terraces are fantastic. The kitchen is equipped with good tools and as a plus some basic goods. Communication with the owners and house keeper is really easy and fast. They all did a very good job in looking for solutions after we had to evacuate the villa in the middle of the night because of a nearby forest fire. Luckily the house has not gone into flames and the place is still in a beautiful setting. We heard the fires are a rare phenomenon so future renters don't have to worry but can enjoy and relax in this beautiful place!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Das Haus, die Lage, der Ausblick… wirklich schön!!! Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann das das Haus nicht klimatisiert ist und es doch recht warm ist. Zumindest sind genug Ventilatoren im Haus verteilt 😁👍

Relaxing stay

Loved the property and the time we spent there. Best views of the Adsubia valley. Well sized swimmingpool. Good distance to Denia and to some great beaches in Oliva. Likely to come back!
