About this property

Located in a quiet residential area and yet centrally located with good transport links, our simple but well-maintained apartment offers everything you need to escape the daily grind.
A cozy bedroom with double bed and a living / bedroom with a closet folding bed for 2 persons and a sofa bed ensure that you can recover well. A cot is available if required, is available.
Whether you are in the functionally furnished kitchen in the self-catering or take the local gastronomy, is entirely up to you.
The apartment has its own access via a metal spiral staircase.
A footpath you can reach the beach and the center in about 9 minutes.
After a day of impressions from the beach and the surrounding attractions, you can end the day in the cozy sunny balcony or relax on the couch with a book. For smaller children in the meantime, a large Duplobox or picture books / books are available.
The beach sand you can get rid of in the shower-bath.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Wohnung

Es war eine saubere Wohnung und die Lage war sehr schön. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit viel Potential

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und ruhig gelegen und war liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert. Sehr angenehm überrascht hat uns, dass die Bilder auf dem Portal nicht mehr mit der Realität übereinstimmen: die Küche hat ein Update erhalten, im Schlafzimmer steht ein Box-Spring-Bett und auch im Wohnzimmer steht ein anderes Tagesbett. In beiden ließ es sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte allerdings besser sein, der „Markt“ war zwar sauber, im Detail ließ die Sauberkeit aber zu wünschen übrig: Schmutzige Stuhl-Polster und Couchtisch-Überzüge, an anderen Stellen eine dicke Staubschicht. Im Geschirrspüler waren noch Essensreste von Vormietern… Die Vermieterin auf das Problem angesprochen, begründete sie es mit dem geringen Entgeld für die Reinigung. Unschön war auch, das das Wasser im Waschbecken im Badezimmer kaum abläuft und die obere Türangel der Wohnzimmertür steckt nur lose im Rahmen, sodass diese sich immer mal wieder verselbstständigt. Richtig gefährlich war der Zugang zur Wohnung, der Vorgarten eine Baustelle: neben der Wendeltreppe ein großer Erdhaufen. Auf dem Weg zur Wendeltreppe fehlten einige Gehwegplatten, was mit reichlich Laub kaschiert wurde. Unter dem Laub lagen Steine. In den Senken stand dann nach starken Regenfällen auch noch Wasser. Die Vermieterin schon bei der Anreise auf die gefährliche Situation angesprochen, versprach diese zwar Abhilfe, passiert ist jedoch nichts.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal da und es war wie immer sehr schön dort, alles total unkompliziert und die Vermieterin ist echt sehr nett. Wir werden bestimmt noch öfters wieder kommen.

Wir waren jetzt zum 2 mal dort, und es war sicher nicht das letzte mal. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und auch sehr gut gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr Freundlich 😊
