Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Familie Kratzin! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, komfortabel, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man so braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige, was erwähnt werden muss, ist, dass die FeWo keine seperate Terrasse hat, sondern die Terrasse der Vermieter mitbenutzt werden kann. Diese ist sehr schön und es ist nichts dagegen einzuwenden, aber man sollte es wissen, da es nicht für jeden angenehm ist. Wir können die FeWo guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Angenehme Tage

Wir haben angenehme Tage in der ruhig - am Ende einer Sackgasse - gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche. Die Bilder zeigen noch eine alte Küche, die zwischenzeitlich erneuert wurde. Leider hat das Schlafzimmer eine Glastüre, sodass immer das Licht vom Gang hinein scheint. Es empfiehlt sich nachts die Automatik der Flurbeleuchtung zu deaktivieren. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Entspannter Urlaub in familiärer Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit unserem 15 Monate alten Sohn für eine Woche zu Gast bei den Eheleuten Kratzin. Direkt zur Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich mit Kaffee und Kuchen empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und super ausgestattet. Für unseren Sohn gab es auch ein Babybett und Spielzeug. Auch für ihn war es wirklich optimal, besonders hatte es ihm der Kater Oskar angetan. ;-) Wir fanden die Lage optimal für schöne Spaziergänge im Grünen und man kann sämtliche Ausflugsziele im Harz sehr gut erreichen. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit und kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Westharz

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern und mit Hund dort eine Woche im Urlaub. Das Quartier ist Schön, gemütlich und sauber und hat eine ruhige Lage. In dem Quartier ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (bis hin zum Spülmittel). Top Wlan-Empfang. Die Landschaft rund um die Ferienwohnung bietet sich an für schöne Spaziergänge und Erkundungstouen, optimal auch für den Hund da das Haus an einer ruhigen Sackgasse steht und riesige Wiesen direkt am haus zum Auslauf einladen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in Bad Sachsa ausreichend vorhanden und bei schönem Wetter auch zu Fuß oder Fahrrad gut zu errreichen( ca 2-3 km) Um den Westharz zu erkunden ist der Ort ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt. Der Ort hat auch eine LPG Tankstelle. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich ,hilfsbereit und für jede Frage offen. Ein wirklich angenehmer Kontakt! Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, auch für Familien mit Kindern.
