Our cute apartment for 2 people has a living space of 35 m² with a large, invisible balcony. Through the separate entrance you get to the ground floor with kitchen and a staircase that leads you upstairs. There is a large combined living room and bedroom, a bathroom and the cozy balcony that invites you to linger.
The quiet side street location and the direct proximity to the Ordinger beach do their part to spend a relaxing holiday. Your car could rest in the large driveway all your vacation. Sea and beach with stilt houses and surf station, playground, Bad with dune thermal baths and shopping opportunities are easy to reach on foot or by bike, even if driving on Ordinger Sand with beach parking is an experience. Annual events at Ordinger Strand, such as the Kitesurf World Cup, the beach volleyball tour - not only for sports fans, the Nivea beach festival, and the kite festival for young and old are recommended.
Dogs of mindful owners are welcome.

SEHR SCHÖNER AUFENTHALT

Die Ferienwohnung war klein aber fein und sauber. Zum Strand waren es fußläufig nur rd. 30 min. Das ersparte uns Fahrten mit dem Auto bzw. sehr hohe Parkgebühren. Ein Bäcker in ca. 200m Entfernung sorgte dafür, dass wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen hatten. Einmal über die Straße gab es einen großen Kinderspielplatz, dort angrenzend ein schönes Waldgebiet. Das hat unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem war der Wald auch der Fußweg (ca. 20min) nach Bad. Das Wetter war (bis auf die letzten zwei Tage) für September sehr gut....Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub

plus: Top Lage. Parkplatz top. Bett sehr bequem. Küchenausstattung super. Pflegeleichter Steinboden für Hunde. Terrasse toll. WLAN perfekt. Minus: Nichts für Frostbeulen (Heizung auf minimale Leistung aufgedreht) und ältere Leute (schmale, steile Treppe; aus dem Bett robben, weil Ausgang nur am Bettende; Hochstühle in der Küche). Sofa mega unbequem. Sauberkeit okay. Das Plus ist einfach überwiegend.

Das Inserat hält was es verspricht

Ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende zum Abschalten und Erholen. Ruhige Lage und gute Ausstattung. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Bonus im Frühjahr: die Schafe und Lämmer quasi direkt unterm Fenster.
