The living room is about 50 square meters and has a music system, flat screen TV, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard (patio) with private pool is not equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with bedroom (1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes a shower, toilet and washing machine. You can also reach the top bedroom with large bathroom (shower, bath and toilet / bidet separately) via the courtyard, and you can also reach the partially covered sun terrace with fantastic sea views of the bay of the Costa Calma.
