Beautifully restored, quiet 82 m2 apartment with parquet floors in the living areas and tile floors in kitchen and bathroom, plus 8 m2 balcony.

3 bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen with all appliances and plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery. Elevator. WiFi.

Only 200m to the subway and with 3 stations in the center. The Green Prater, the Danube Island, University of Economics, Vienna International Centre and Exhibition Centre are very close. Hop on hop off sightseeing bus-stop, bike rentals nearby.

Great Apartment to stay in when visiting Vienna

This is a great apartment, very clean, well equipped and spacious. The host, Josef was very nice. The apartment has all you could wish for and is only 3-4 minutes walk from the Vorgatenstrasse U-Bahn stop on line U1, which takes you directly to the city centre (Stefansdom and Karlsplatz) and also the main station. Hint - get on back of u-Bahn train when coming from the city centre and use the Radringerstrasse exit. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away (Eurospar) and some small grocery shops nearer, plus during the day a small covered market over the road. We would definitely use this apartment again if we go back to Vienna, it was ideal for us.

Quiet and thoroughly enjoyable

What a great apartment. A very short walk to the train and then you can get anywhere. Josef was a top host. Very very helpful and always ready to help. The main bedroom is huge and lounge is also big. the bathrooms and kitchen all very new and well set out. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Ein tolles Domizil. wir haben die Tage genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll möbiliert. Es ist ein schönes Gefühl, des "Nachhause" kommen nach den Touren durch die Stadt.

Der Kontakt mit dem Verieter ist super, unkompliziert und direkt. Rundum eine Ferienwohnung zum Weiterempfehlen

Great Place to Unwind

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for approximately a week in October. The owner Josef was very kind and helpful in arranging the reservation as well as providing us with information in tips in getting around the city, discounts on sight-seeing, and transportation to/from Budapest. The apartment itself is a little off the beaten path, but within walking distance to Prater Park (you could even see some of the amusement rides from the living room). It also has easy access to quick transportation into the city and various sites/transportation hubs around the city. The neighborhood is relatively quiet; however, there a public market across the street, which is open on weekends and several grocery stores, little shops, and restaurants nearby. And, the kitchen is equipped wtih a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and all of the basic appliances and tools that you would need if you prefer to have some meals at home. The rooms, bathroom (which has a large soaking tub and separate, stand-up shower), and storage space are enormous for European standards. We did not have any issues accessing the Wifi. The entertainment system is top notch, and there are CDs of various local classical artists. We very much enjoyed listening to the music while getting ready in the morning or as we relaxed with a glass of wine and appetizers on the private balcony or couch after a long day of sight-seeing. There's also an iron/ironing board, washing machine, and drying racks in case you need to do some laundry while you are there. The temperature of the apartment was comfortable (despite large fluctuations in the weather/temperature outside) and you can open the windows for a good cross breeze. Everything was very clean, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. While we very much enjoyed having it to ourselves, this place would be wonderful for a family. We were sad to leave, and we would definitely go back. Thank you Josef, for your wonderful hospitality!

Super Apartment

The apartment is perfect for a holiday in Vienna. It is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Everything we needed was there. Having a lift was also a big plus. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. It is ideally situated for both walks along the River Danube or the Prater park and it is also easy to get into the city with the underground. There are various underground stations just a few minutes walk away. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return soon

We did a 5 day stay. Apartment is clean and has enough room to sleep 5. Elevator is a plus as the apartment is a few floors up.


Owner is nice and helpful (speaks English)

Location is near Metro/Train station.

Nearby grocery stores and cafe's

Nearby parking garage at reasonable rates (5 euro per day)

Full kitchen

Shower and bathtub

Toilet is in separate room from bath (good when everybody is trying to quickly get ready in the morning)


None of serious note. Some minor nit-picking may include lack of dryer (there is a washing machine, but no quick way to dry cloths), no air conditioning. Some basics were missing, no soap/shampoo, etc.. Not a big deal as we picked some up from the local store.

Overall it is well worth the money and much better than staying in a hotel, especially when you have a number of people that you would have to get at least two rooms. If I go back, I would book again.
