The on the south side of our free-standing private house with garden attached, around 60 sqm large duplex apartment with large terrace includes:
- On the ground floor a living room with u-shaped pine wood fitted kitchen; a bathroom; a big,
  covered and sheltered south-facing terrace with great views;
- And on the upper floor with a bedroom and a second bathroom with a bidet, sink and window overlooking the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped - among other things with a safe, television reception via Astra satellite with international channels, washing machine, etc.

From here you can enjoy a beautiful view down to the coast, far out to sea, the mountains in the southwest of Lanzarote, as well as over the islands of Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura.

Before the terrace located in the garden of the house, a barbecue and a pond, from where you can observe in the shade of a large palm tree, the little fish.

On arrival are available chilled drinks for you.
