Located steps from Lovers Point, this cozy romantic retreat sleeps 2. Walk to the beach, town, or golf course, and be greeted by the small-town friendliness for which Pacific Grove is famous. The bike/pedestrian path follows the coastline from Pacific Grove to Fort Ord and is 75 steps from the cottage. The bike path takes you to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf with spectacular ocean vistas.. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.
The cottage is an easy drive to Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Monterey. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival.

Come to the exciting Pacific Ocean and watch frolicking otters, take long walks along the bike path (100 steps from our front door) for miles along the Pacific Ocean.: See sea birds swimming in the surf; monarch butterflies landing in the trees; waves breaking against a sandy beach, and seals calving at Hopkins Marine Station beach.

Leave your cares at the door. The cottage offers tranquility that will restore your spirits. We offer coffee, tea, water, and a complimentary bottle of wine to help you settle in as well as paper products and all linens and kitchen equipment.

Restaurants, shops : Everything you need to stock your cottage is within 10 minutes of the cottage. Walk 1 block to the beach-side grill with clam chowder in sour dough bowls with spectacular views of the cove and the open sea beyond. Walk 3 blocks to LIghthouse Avenue where a myriad of restaurants and cafes await you along with little shops for browsing and boutiques with stylish clothes. Enjoy a spa treatment 2 blocks away at Amara Spa or have a manicure on Lighthouse Ave. See a movie at our theater on Lighthouse Ave. Walk l mile to the Tin Cannery (outlets), the Aquarium, and Cannery Row which offer shopping, dining and exhibits.

The cottage has 7 steps from the curb to the front door and a slight, 4" rise from the sun room into the living room. The glass-enclosed, shower over tub has one grab bar. Our Pacific Grove License is 0020.

Like Going Back Home.

We have visited Pacific Grove yearly for over three decades. The setting and wildlife are stunning, and PG's charm and simplicity set it apart from its neighbors. For us, returning to this property is perfect--steps to the shore and its walks, two blocks to "downtown", and the optimal size and amenities for one couple. The owner's attention to detail and care for her guests are noteworthy as well.

Perfect!

We escaped for a week from cold, dreary New England and found ourselves at the delightful Sea Foam Cottage in Pacific Grove! It was everything thing we needed...morning walks along the Pacific with crashing waves, flower lined pathways, short drives to all kinds of restaurants & shopping, outstanding historic & natural sites, BEACHES!!! And at the end of each day's adventures, was a cozy, comfortable cottage to give us a big warm & friendly hug! Thank You, Jill, for sharing your cottage with us...it was PERFECT!!!

Charming home in wonderful neighborhood

The outside of the property is just as shown in photographs. The owner of the property was very good about relaying details for check in and unlocking the door. Upon entering, the rooms were tidy and well decorated. You enter through a small porch and into the living room. The bedroom is just beyond the living room and the kitchen is behind the bedroom. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans in the unit. The kitchen is small but very functional. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen if needed. Beyond the kitchen is another small porch that leads to the small backyard. This location is wonderful. Just steps away to Lovers Point and a walk towards the lighthouse. If you opt to go the other way, you can walk to Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, etc. The 17-mile drive, Pebble Beach and Carmel are just a short drive from Pacific Grove. Street parking was not a problem. This place is great for couples or singles looking to getaway to the quaint area of Pacific Grove.

Perfect seaside cottage

My husband and I came here for a long weekend to celebrate his birthday. This cottage was just perfect with all the amenities of home. We didn’t cook, but there was everything you would need to make a meal in their cozy kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the enclosed patio with a little peek of the ocean. A one minute walk out the door and your at Lovers Point, or less than a five minute walk to Lighthouse Avenue. Comfortable bed, very clean cottage, and plenty of hot water and the house heated up nicely. Wound come back 100%!

Location, location, location

Cute, warm and cozy little cottage at Lovers Point. I've been renting the cute and quaint homes in this area for the past dozen or so years and this is one now high on my list to visit again.

I vacationed in Pacific Grove as a young girl with my family. My husband learned Russian at the Defense Language Institute when he was stationed in Monterey while in the service. We loved the area and it kept calling to us.
