This newly built finca is located in a rural and very quiet location near the village of Es Llombards.
From the upper terrace you have a beautiful view to the south of the island of Cabrera, as well as to the east of the church of the town of Santanyi, which is also known for its colorful market days.
A large number of sandy beaches and picturesque bays can be reached quickly by car. The finca has a usable area of 350m2.
The center is the spacious dining kitchen of over 50m2, in which every cook friend will feel comfortable. This also offers access to the beautiful, covered terrace with dining table.
Another terrace offers an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and seating. A coal and new gas grill from Weber rounds off the program. A beefer was included in the program.
