About this property

Sol House is a newly renovated, spacious home ideally located close to national park entrances and downtown Joshua Tree. Enjoy time exploring but also enjoy a home that is packed with everyday comforts and extra amenities to make your stay fun, relaxing, and a great place to create memories with family and friends. There are 4 large bedrooms (2 on each side of the house), with 3 full-sized, beautifully renovated bathrooms. In the center of the house is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home, a coffee and tea bar, and a large dining space to share meals. Additionally, there is a large living room with a shuffleboard table, TV with ROKU streaming, and a large sectional sofa to seat everyone. From the living room you can access two amazing outdoor patio spaces with incredible mountain and boulder views. We know people come to Joshua Tree to be outdoors so we went all out - there is a jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor dining, outdoor movie screen and projector, lounge seating, hammocks, and a game corner with darts and corn hole. This is the perfect house for a quick getaway or for a long stay so you can full enjoy the views, the household amenities, and all the area has to offer.

Such a special place. My husband and I enjoyed a couple nights stay here while we checked out the park. Location was unbeatable. The home had everything we needed. Peaceful little spot. Highly recommend! Bonus, there is a cutie cocktail bar around the corner, MAs o Menos

Return Visit - Still Great

Loved this property last year so we decided to return. All the amenities, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property, and the wonderful hot tub under the stars - all still exist. Owners were very quick to respond to us - even though it was rather late at night. Only bummer ... no propane in the firepit - but relaxing in the hot tub warmed us up nicely! This is a fantastic property and worth the consistently high ratings it receives.

Perfect Joshua Tree Home

I have been to many VRBO's over the last 5+ years and this is definitely one of the top places I have ever stayed. It was very clean, had everything we needed and more, and was the perfect place to stay while we were in Joshua Tree. My boys loved the tabletop shuffleboard. We really enjoyed the hot tub each night after a long day at Joshua Tree National Park. I just wish it wasn't so cold and rainy (we were here with the Pineapple Express storm) so we could enjoy the property even more.

Greetings! We are very excited to list this home as a vacation rental. We originally purchased the house to live in ourselves. Bethany is a physician with the US Navy and was initially stationed to work at 29 Palms Marine Base. Last minute changes stationed her elsewhere, so we changed course and prepared the house to rent as a vacation rental. We had the pleasure to live here while preparing it to rent, and we plan to continue to use it as our own vacation rental. This house holds a special place in our hearts and, although we are biased, we think it is the perfect vacation getaway :)
