Our high quality holiday home has a living area of 70 m² and is located on a 1400 m² fully fenced plot. It is located in a quiet residential area between pine and cypress trees on the outskirts of Salles d'Aude.
The holiday home is next to a privately used house.
The nearest sandy, kilometer-long beach is just 7 km, easy to reach by car or bike between the Aude and the la Clape. Bakers, fruits and. Grocery store and large well-stocked Supermarche are in place. The house measures 70 m², has 2 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. High-quality mattresses were particularly important.
Natural stone tiled shower room with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, gr. Fridge, kl. Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stylishly furnished dining room for 6 people.
Comfortable, graceful living room with access to the large south facing terrace. Terrace with barbecue, awning, deck chairs, table and chairs for 6 people. You enjoy a wonderful view over the natural landscape.

Beautiful little house

Really nice house, with attention to details and with everything you need in there. Only thing missing: airco for the hot summer days, but we managed with 2 ventilators. Location is very quite and peaceful, but not very close to the touristic parts: about 15-20 min to the closest beach and restaurants.

für den Aufenthalt in Ihrem schönen Haus mit wunderbarem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Kleines Manko war das sehr langsame WLAN. Ansonsten, klare Empfehlung!

Top Location und super nette Vermieter

Saubere sehr schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem seperierten Anbau des Haupthauses von Familie Baier. Trotz der Nähe lief man sich nicht ständig über den Weg und der Kontakt war immer freundlich und nett und alle Fragen konnten von Familie Baier beantwortet werden, inkl. Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gerne

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund 2 Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus mit dem sehr ansprechenden Garten und der schönen Aussicht. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber Fam. Baier immer bereit zu helfen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, da wir die Gegend bereits kennen wussten wir auch das wir ein Stück Landeinwärts sein werden was wir bewusst so gewählt hatten. Wir bedanken uns für den freundlichen Empfang und die angenehme Zeit die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Wir haben uns gut erholt und die Zeit sehr genossen.
