The central loft is located in the basement of a typical viennese Art Nouveau house built in 1900. It´s a studio about 35 square meters with it´s street level on half the windows size and has its own entrance. The urban style and different types of material like wood, bricks, stone and its arched ceiling create a unique atmosfere. The loft sleeps 1-2 people in a double bed (1,60 m).

A few steps lead down from the entrance to the spacious living room. The flat has underfloor heating, oak parquet and a ventilation system. The bathroom has a rain shower, the toilet is separate. The apartment comes equipped with: LCD flatscreen TV, free WLAN, writing desk, cupboard, kitchen including all utensils (dishwasher, washing machine, laundry rack, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, fridge etc), iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

All our apartments are centrally located and ideal for both a relaxing holiday or a business trip. They are located in an old typical viennese Art Nouveau house built in 1900, an elevator does exist. Only 200 m to the next underground that takes you directly to the city centre within 10 minutes, no change necessary. Walking distance to Palace Schönbrunn. The flats are friendly, modern and tastefully equipped and fully furnished including linens and towels.

We offer apartments between 30qm and 85qm. Each has its own kitchen and a dining table, cupboard, LCD flatscreen TV, free WLAN and iPod/iphone station with radio.

All apartments are perfectly connected by public transport – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstraße“ (it´s also the tram station line 49), that brings you directly, no change necessary, to:

• "Westbahnhof": Central Station, 4 min

• "Herrengasse": Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 11 min. Also for Hofburg, Spanische Hofreitschule etc.

• "Stephansplatz" : Historic centre & gothic church, 12 min

• "Landstraße/CAT": The CAT station Wien-Mitte and city air check-in Terminal, 15 min

• Spittelberg and the Museumsquartier, also Mariahilferstraße, the big shopping street, and the Volkstheater are all directly accessible with U3 and only a few minutes away

• Stadthalle – Viennas largest event center, you can reach by foot or in a few minutes with Tram 49 (also station "Johnstraße").

Enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min) and all the amenities of a main street, where the apartment is located: banks, market, bakeries, drug stores, pharmacy, supermarkets etc.. As the windows look out onto a side street, it is more quiet. For sporty people: There´s a fitness centre only 3 minutes away where you can work out without membership, just by daily pass (Fit-Inn).

Traveling by car:

The Meiselmarkt parking garage is only 300 m away: daily rate 9,80€. An even cheaper alternative is the Park & Ride Garage Ottakring (by underground, no change necessary, only 3 stations, approx. 6 min ). Costs:3,40€/day.

Perfect Stay in Vienna!

We had such a lovely time staying at Sandra's flat. It was very convenient to the U3, and ideal for two people. The little kitchen was perfect for fixing our own breakfast, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water came on immediately. We were a little cold because it was winter and we couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat, but as soon as we let Sandra know she sent someone over immediately to take care of us.

Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended!

Very nice place but terribly sorry to say that it had a musty smell due to being on the lower level

To enjoy the museum area it is necessary to take transportation or a long walk. The underground was very easily accessible and easy to use. Sandra was very nice and helpful in information needed.

Everything we were looking for!

This place is not only a great location and close to transit, but has grocery, pubs, and shopping nearby. It's got a real funky vibe to it being down below (brick ceiling, cool layout, and tastefully decorated), and was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Vienna. The owner is really great to deal with as well!

We walked to Schoenbrunn Palace our first day (15-20 minutes), and saw the sights around there (don't miss the Apple Strudel show!). We highly recommend the Vienna Pass as it gets you in free to almost all of the major sights (St. Stephens, the Palace, museums, Mozart's house... tons!), so pays for itself pretty quickly. Also did a Segway tour, which was lots of fun... recommended for ages up to 65 (we are 50 and 55). Beyond 65, unless you are pretty active, might have some challenges getting on one for the first time. Our last day, we did a day trip to Mauthausen concentration camp which was very good. If you do that though, don't plan to do anything else, it's pretty much a full day thing.

Anyway, we loved Vienna and staying at this property! Thanks Sandra!

Convenient, inexpensive and new in a residential area

We really enjoyed the proximity to the Underground, the helpful hostess, Sandra and the modern reno on this apartment.

A special treat for us was the washing machine! On the road seven weeks, one appreciates this luxury! Everything we need was there for our five day stay in Vienna.

Vienna Elegance!

My husband, daughter and I were thrilled with apartment 25 - it was a huge corner unit, bright with natural light from tall windows. The beds were very comfortable, master closet was surprisingly large and the half bath with toilet and sink separate from the shower/tub sink bathroom was very convenient for the three of us. The elevator was appreciated for luggage management. With its spacious living room and dining room, we could have hosted a dinner party for 6 people! The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the U3 subway line which made it easy for us to get to know Vienna. The owner, Sandra, provided detailed instructions for arrival using public transportation from the airport, checking in and obtaining the keys and the unit had an informative 3 ring binder full of tourist information about the neighborhood and city. We would love to return for a longer visit and would definitely stay here again.

With its location in the 15th District, right on a high street, our apartments offer all amenities of a main street including supermarkets, drug stores, post office, bakeries, etc.. Just around the corner is the well-known Meiselmarkt with various shops and market stalls. The windows of the apartments are beneficial to a quieter side street.

Also enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min).

For sporty Ambitious: Just 200 meters away is a gym where you can work out just with a day pass, without having a membership (Fit-Inn).

Our apartments are characterized by excellent transport connections – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstrasse“ and to tram 49. The U3 brings you DIRECTLY to

• 'Westbahnhof': Train Station, 4 min

• 'Herrengasse': Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 12 min. Also for Hofburg, Spanische Hofreitschule etc.
