The central loft is located in the basement of a typical viennese Art Nouveau house built in 1900. It´s a studio about 35 square meters with it´s street level on half the windows size and has its own entrance. The urban style and different types of material like wood, bricks, stone and its arched ceiling create a unique atmosfere. The loft sleeps 1-2 people in a double bed (1,60 m).
A few steps lead down from the entrance to the spacious living room. The flat has underfloor heating, oak parquet and a ventilation system. The bathroom has a rain shower, the toilet is separate. The apartment comes equipped with: LCD flatscreen TV, free WLAN, writing desk, cupboard, kitchen including all utensils (dishwasher, washing machine, laundry rack, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge etc), iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

In case I won´t be there, we do have a deposit box. I will give you a PIN Code for opening the box and getting your key. So you are most flexible and even able to check in late in the evening.
We really enjoyed the proximity to the Underground, the helpful hostess, Sandra and the modern reno on this apartment.
A special treat for us was the washing machine! On the road seven weeks, one appreciates this luxury! Everything we need was there for our five day stay in Vienna.
My husband, daughter and I were thrilled with apartment 25 - it was a huge corner unit, bright with natural light from tall windows. The beds were very comfortable, master closet was surprisingly large and the half bath with toilet and sink separate from the shower/tub sink bathroom was very convenient for the three of us. The elevator was appreciated for luggage management. With its spacious living room and dining room, we could have hosted a dinner party for 6 people! The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the U3 subway line which made it easy for us to get to know Vienna. The owner, Sandra, provided detailed instructions for arrival using public transportation from the airport, checking in and obtaining the keys and the unit had an informative 3 ring binder full of tourist information about the neighborhood and city. We would love to return for a longer visit and would definitely stay here again.
I just stayed at the City Loft for 5 months during my stay in Vienna. The apartment was perfect for me. Everything there is new and in good condition. I loved the decoration, I really felt like home all the time.
The Loft is couple of minutes away from the U3 subway line, which will go straight through the old center. Also it's easy to find your way there from the airport, since all the trains from the airport cross or end at U3 line. The apartment is in the basement, so not that much daylight nor a balcony. But that meant that during the summer heat it was nice and cool. And thanks to the heated floors, on colder months it was nice and warm.
Sandra was always extremely helpful and responded quickly to my questions. During my stay there was once a problem with the electricity and once with the gas, but everything got fixed the same day and all I had to do was to be there to open the door. So overall everything went really smoothly.
I had a wonderful time in Vienna and would recommend this Loft even for a longer stay. Sandra is a great landlady and I definitely could rent from her again in the future.
The City Loft was full of character. The kitchen is great for cooking (my husband and I stayed there and had two family members, who staying in Apt 22, over for dinner), the bed is super comfy, and the proximity to the U bahn is great. It was plenty of room for the two of us, and a great place to stay while we were in Vienna for a week. I didn't go up to Apt 22, but it was nice that our family could rent separate but near spaces in the same place. Though, they said Apt 22 didn't have the same character, so if that's important to you, go for City Loft.
Sandra is wonderful, and really responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions immediately, even on the holidays.
Very good location for settlement in Vienna in consideration with the price and the confort. Very closed to the metro station that connects easily and quikly to the most important turistic atttractions.
Provided with kitchen (dish washer, stove, oven,fridge) and washing machine! Everything set up in a very stylish way. The owner ready to answer to any question.
Soluzione perfetta per visitare Vienna, a due passi dalla stazione metro con cui si può raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Appartamento provvisto di tutto: lavatrice, forno, frigo e anche lavastoviglie. Proprietaria molto gentile, sempre pronta a rispondere alle domande e a risolvere eventuali problemi.
We stayed here from mid-November till December 1--- just as the Christmas markets were starting! This is an ideal apartment for those used to commuting to downtown attractions. It has the advantage of being close to the UBahn/subway/underground; the bus (only 10 minutes from Schonbrunn); and the tram service. It is also close to a small mall with standard supermarket and services from hairdressers to electronics; and a fresh meats and produce market. It was nice to be able to make our own breakfast before setting out to explore all the signts. Also convenient to return in the afternoon for a rest and then to head downtown again to the opera etc. The owner was very helpful in arranging for taxi service from the airport and in addressing our needs.
With its location in the 15th District, right on a high street, our apartments offer all amenities of a main street including supermarkets, drug stores, post office, bakeries, etc.. Just around the corner is the well-known Meiselmarkt with various shops and market stalls. The windows of the apartments are beneficial to a quieter side street.
Also enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min).
For sporty Ambitious: Just 200 meters away is a gym where you can work out just with a day pass, without having a membership (Fit-Inn).
Our apartments are characterized by excellent transport connections – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstrasse“ and to tram 49. The U3 brings you DIRECTLY to
• 'Westbahnhof': Train Station, 4 min
• 'Herrengasse': Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 12 min. Also for Hofburg, Spanische Hofreitschule etc.
• 'Stephansplatz' : Historic centre & gothic church, 13 min
• 'Landstraße/CAT': The CAT station Wien-Mitte and city air check-in Terminal, 16 min
• Spittelberg, the Museumsquartier, Mariahilferstraße and the Volkstheater are also only a few minutes away and you can reach them easily and directly with the U3.
• The Wiener Stadthalle, Austria Arena important event is within walking distance or directly on the tram.
