About this property

This holiday home with a living area of 120 sqm was completely renovated in 2012, and very high quality.

In addition to a modern home interior with bright open kitchen, a fireplace, three bedrooms, comfortable and chic bathrooms, the house has a small gym and outdoors on a sunny south-west terrace and a large Finnish log cabin sauna.

The plot, about 450 m² is lovingly designed and very well maintained.

Two parking spaces are located in front of the door.

With the bike opens up from here the beauty of nature around the lake Hemmelsdorfer and the entire Bay of Lübeck.

This holiday house invites you for an exciting and great vacation in summer and winter, to relax.

The proximity to the Baltic Sea, to the surrounding cities such as Lübeck, Hamburg and Eutin, the resorts Timmendorfer beach, Travemünde, Grömitz and the sunny island of Fehmarn make the site very interesting.

For golfers, the region is a paradise. You can reach the 18-hole golf courses in Travemünde, Warnsdorf Scharbeutz and in a few minutes.

Enjoy your holiday in Ratekau, fresh fish or smoked from fishing on Lake Hemmelsdorf or the Old Port in Travemünde, bakery below the rate Kauer famous stone church or a ride on the Baltic Sea, with or without navigation license.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten ist für Kinder sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist gut. In ca. 12 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand, Rewe und Aldi sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Alles wunderbar!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Ratekau verbracht. Das Ferienhaus haben wir als Ausgangspunkt für Strandtage (Scharbeutz) sowie für Tagesausflüge nach Lübeck, Hamburg und Schwerin/Wismar genutzt. Es hat uns im Ferienhaus an nichts gefehlt. Empfehlenswert!

Schöner Urlaub in Ratekau

Wir haben insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub in Ratekau in dem gemieteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Im großen und ganzen war soweit alles in Ordnung, nur, wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt, gab es für ein "Luxusferienhaus" leider einige Mängel, (Beleuchtung zum Teil defekt, angebotene Fahrräder zum Teil defekt, Steckdosen ohne Funktion, Grill verschmutzt). Diese Mängel wurden auch nach dem dies dem Vermieter mitgeteilt wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht beseitigt. Wir finden, dass darf bei einem Objekt, das sich in diesem hochpreisigen Preissegment befindet nicht vorkommen. Wir haben den Preis für das Objekt gerne bezahlt, haben aber erwartet, das wir dann auch das angepriesene "Luxusferienhaus" vorfinden. Fazit: Alles in Allem ein Urlaub, mit kleineren Mängeln, den wir aber trotzdem zur Erholung genossen haben. Danke an den Vermieter für die zur Verfügung gestellten Kaltgetränke!

Schönes freistehendes Haus in zentraler Lage

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sauber und hat eine Top Ausstattung, alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherrn lief auch immer schnell und unproblematisch. In der Sauna kann man dann den Tag vollenden. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal bei Ihnen. Vielen Dank
