3 rooms, located on the Danube Canal, quiet, very conveniently!

The holiday apartment is conveniently located a few meters from the nearest metro station (Peace Bridge) away. Here is also the end of the Danube cycle path Passau and Vienna. Walking is about 20 minutes on St. Stephen's Square in the heart of the city. The house itself is under protective ensemble and is a stylish example of the time of the monarchy. The establishment was trying to get the old Viennese flair, historic and modern furniture combine practicality and atmosphere!


Three rooms: a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200), a living room with pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) and a living / dining room with double bed (140 x 200) and extendable table for 6, cable TV with DVD / audio. Computer with Internet connection

Kitchen: electric stove with oven, microwave oven with grill, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, breakfast table, fold out for up to 6 people, kitchen equipped with crockery and glasses (all for 12 people) Bathroom: Vanity with mirror, shower, washing machine

The apartment has approximately 67m².

Double casement windows on the street side provide an excellent sound insulation, quiet courtyard out but there are also modern windows. In the courtyard there are parking facilities for bicycles.

Why Peter C. Huber chose Roßau

It can be considered luck having found this charming apartment. A restored historical building in very good shape and with many quaint details, with high rooms, wooden floors right in the center of the city! We reconstructed the bathroom and kitchen and were able to create a nice combination using historic and modern furniture.

What makes this condo unique

In spite of being situated in the inner city, all windows open to green areas! Towards the street to view opens to the Danube Channel and the park area along the shores. The green courtyard is a true jewel in summer with a shadowy garden and blooming oleander. The apartment itself is quiet thanks to good windows. But even with the windows open all you hear is calm traffic background, as cars do not accelerate near the apartment.

Dear guest! Nice to have you join us in Vienna - a city that has a second is like no rich in art and culture. However, the nature attractions of the city can be seen: the charming Vienna Woods, the surrounding vineyards, but also the Auen National Park contribute to spell our city. Lovely spacious high ceilings, super clean and well appointed.

The location is so great walking distance to the U4 Ubahn line, and also Straßenbahn lines making it very easy to travel without a car. Peter is very friendly and welcoming! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and the windows are HUGE and the breeze that blows through the apartment is lovely! very nice dining table to sit and plan our day. Great reading material on what to do. FAST WIFI! Bathroom is split shower separate which makes it twice as useable! The apartment is clean clean clean and the building is so lovely (check out the staircase). This was a favorite city we will be back again. Lovely park across the street. Grocery nearby. Great washer and drying rack.

Comfortable, Convenient, and GREAT owner

After relocating from the U.S., we had the pleasure of calling this place "home" during our first 7 weeks in Vienna while we looked for permanent place to live. The owner, Peter made us feel so welcome and went to great extents to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is furnished with everything that a family needs with plenty of bedding, seating, dishes, utensils, a washing machine, and so forth. My husband and I and our four children slept very comfortably there. It is also very near a large park, where my children loved to play. The apartment is situated very conveniently on the U4 Ubahn line, and also Straßenbahn lines making it very easy to travel without a car. I can't say enough about how nice the owner is, and am still very grateful for all he did to help our family transition to Vienna. Thank you, Peter and Christine!

Wir waren sieben Leute und über Silvester in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Wien. Die Wohnung liegt super. Zwei Minuten von der u Bahn entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen

Angenehme Wohnung

Es waren sehr angenehme 12 Tage, die wir in dieser Wohnung verbrachten. Es war alles vorhanden, um ohne Problem einen gelungenen Urlaub zu verbringen. Kurzer Weg zu U-Bahn, in der Nachbarschaft sind Geschäfte für den Einkauf und gegenüber der Wohnung das uferbegleitende Grün entlang des Donaukanals. Diese ruhige Wohnung im Erdgeschoss kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen.

Netter Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, zentrale Lage

Zunächst ein Lob an den Vermieter, denn die Verfügbarkeit ist immer zeitnah aktualisiert, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Wohnungen. Die Terminabsprache klappte hervorragend und auch unsere Verlängerungsanfrage wurde prompt und positiv beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Von allem ist reichlich und in schöner bzw guter Qualität vorhanden ( z.B. Handtücher,Geschirr,Putzmittel etc). Wlan und TV wichtig für unsere Teens, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft alle Betten zu beziehen, da unsere langen Jungs schon Platz brauchen, gute Betten, sowie eine schöne Küche machten den Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr angenehm. Lediglich das Bad ist etwas klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Die zentrale Lage - 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stephansdom - 2 Minuten zur U Bahnstation, 5 Minuten zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt der Wohnung.

Wir danken noch einmal für die schöne Zeit .

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a grocery store (Billa), which has on all days of the week opened (including Sundays and public holidays) of Figure 6 bis 21 clock clock. Also within walking distance is a bakery with food supply, the daily - is open around the clock - even on Sundays and holidays. The food on offer is exceptional in the immediate vicinity, we place a list of recommended restaurants and other recommendations for you. The apartment is located on the Danube Canal, a tributary of the Danube. Jogging (Nordic walking!) and cycling is ideal. A few minutes downstream, click the summer, the "Summer Days" - an area with open plan dining and music on the Danube Canal. Palais Liechtenstein Museum and is also only a short distance away.
