Great for large family

Very nice and clean. The house had everything we needed for our large family. Loved the hot tub!

The location was perfect and the property was able to accommodate our large group. We stayed for 4 days and we had to buy our own supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.). The hot tub smelled like sewer and didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. The yard was not mowed and had garbage around. The inside was clean but not throughly. The basement could have been used for a game room or second living area. There is only one TV. Overall we enjoyed the the stay.

Great location/ Spacious / Needs updates

Our family stayed at this property while in Rochester for the PGA Championship. We loved the location. We also chose the property because it had a fenced in yard for the toddlers to play in but, the grass and weeds had taken over and there was no way for them to play outside which was very disappointing. The hot tub had some parts on it that were broken, and had black flakes floating around in it, didn’t make me feel comfortable that it had even been cleaned, also disappointing. Inside , the property was spacious enough. It is an older home and needs many updates and things that needed to be fixed. There were ants in the living room and ants in the bedroom with bunk bed- ants actually crawling in the bed. I do realize that not all supplies are always provided, but all we were provided was 3 rolls of TP, one roll of paper towel and two garbage bags. The dishwasher soap was empty and no laundry detergent was there. We did need to reach out to the property manager upon check in as we did not have the key code and he was very timely in returning my call.

Clean and cozy

Everything was fantastic during our stay. Place is clean, smelled good walking in, beds are new and comfy and everything worked as it should. Will stay again when visiting family.

Nice place to stay!

This house was perfect for our two families for a weekend of RIT hockey games, playing in the snow, and catching up. The house had enough space for us to spread out, a backyard for the kids to play in, as well as a school playground directly across the street. It had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch at the house every day; we of course had to have our local favorites for dinner. When we come back to RIT next time, we'll be staying here again.
