The house in which this 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms is located is located in the dune residence, in a newly emerging holiday area of the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen, which is constantly expanding, directly behind the dune, in the nearby beach area. The apartment in the centrally located dune residence, Karlshagen, is located on the 1st Floor and offers plenty of space. The apartment has a balcony with seating and table. You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that your stay from the first day is pure relaxation.
Two bicycles and (from May to September) also a drink basket complete this offer.
In the living room and also in bedroom 2 you will find a TV with backlighting.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. Mal Gäste in dieser Wohnung. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub brauchen könnte. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz! Die Lage zum Strand ist ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Jetzt muss die Telekom nur noch das mit dem WLAN hinbekommen. Da sind wir aber ganz zuversichtlich. Fam. Thieme

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber..

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kritik gibt es leider trotzdem: - es wurde WLAN versprochen, jedoch funktionierte das Internet überhaupt nicht, weil es gar nicht richtig eingerichtet wurde. Man wurde vertröstet, es läge angeblich an der Telekom, was klar eine Lüge war, denn das Problem bestand schon ein Jahr zuvor, wie ich den Bewertungen entnehmen konnte. - Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren der Albtraum. Sie rutschten ständig auseinander und waren so extrem weich, dass wir auf das kleinere Schrankbett im anderen Zimmer umgestiegen sind. - in der FeWo App (für iOS) wurde man nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche extra zu zahlen sind. Dies stand in Ausstattungen mit drin, was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war, als dann nochmal 40€ abgeknöpft wurden. Eine wirklich schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, jedoch würden wir sie persönlich nicht noch einmal nehmen. Für den Preis muss einfach alles stimmen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Pluspunkt

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Besitzer haben die Wohnung nach der Übernahme nochmal mit modernen Möbeln und einer Waschmaschine richtig gut aufgewertet. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Und dass zu der Ferienwohnung ein eigener Strandkorb gehört ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Im Hauptschlafzimmer neue etwas härtere Matratzen wären super, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Für uns ist das der kleine Punktabzug. Dass das WLAN nicht so gut funktionierte war für uns nicht relevant. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter
