This beautiful romantic finca consists of a main house with a size of approximately 140m² for 8 people, an apartment with a size of approximately 70m² for 2 persons and one off gelegenem Garden House for 2 persons. The houses are very modern tastefully decorated Mediterranean.

The main house has a large and a slightly smaller living room. The large living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace, two living rooms have large flat screen television with a German satellite TV. In House WLAN is available.

There is also a cozy dining room, which merges into the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and ample crockery.

A light-flooded laundry room with washing machine and ironing station joins separately.

The house has 4 double bedrooms (three beds 200 cm x 180 cm and a bed 180 cm x 140 cm).

There is a bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet and a bathroom with large shower and toilet.

The apartment has a large living room with living area, a dining table with 4 seats, Wi-Fi and a flat screen television with a German satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with 4 hobs and oven. There are plenty of dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, a washing machine and a toaster.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The master bedroom has a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm. It is very spacious and has plenty of cabinets.

The central heating throughout the house ensures pleasant temperatures even in winter.

With the ADSL internet connection you will always quickly and safely on the Internet. On the landline phone to make phone calls conveniently.

Sheets and towels are provided.

The plot is natural planted partly with various fruit trees and almond and olive trees, hedges, shrubs and palm trees, and partly with a landscaped garden. A large covered terrace with stunning views over the plot invites you to linger.

The pool (14 x 8m) is designed in a kidney shape. The depth is 1.20 meters to 2.00 meters. Pool loungers and parasols are of course available. Also an outdoor shower next to the pool is available.

A large open outdoor kitchen provides the possibility of barbecue.

The plot is surrounded by a wall and not visible. There is a gated entrance and two separate entrances to the property. A carport for 2 cars is available.

A lovely finca, which is all on one level - so ideal for older people as well as families and tourists alike.

Pretty grounds

Our family of 10 rented the entire finca for a weekend. The grounds are expansive and pretty, with obvious care taken to the design and maintenance of the garden and outside space. With better weather, the pool area would have been great to enjoy. Inside the main house the rooms worked well for our family, with some rooms in more need of updates than others. The whole process was handled efficiently, though lacked a personal touch with questions being answered by stock guides. The location was relatively close to the beach and town, though a car is necessary. Overall it was a nice home for our large family.

On the southeast coast, between Porto Cristo and Cala d'Or and thus a little off the beaten track, lies the idyllic fishing village of Porto Colom. Many Spaniards say Christopher Columbus was born here and have thus given the place its name. Proved that's not really the inhabitants of Porto Colom, however, are convinced.

As the place is naturally grown and get lost very few tourists here, is Porto Colom received the typical character of an old fishing village and gives an idea of ​​how Mallorca has many years ago looked like once. Fischer still deny your livelihood with fishing and so it is no surprise that Porto Colom is famous throughout the island for its excellent fish restaurants.
