Downtown Pensacola holds several amazing festivals throughout the year, including Pensacon (Feb/Mar), JazzFest (April), Crawfish Festival (Spring), Fiesta Celebration (June), Blues on the Bay Summer Concert Series & Movies in the Park, Greek Festival (October), Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival and Pensacola Seafood Festival (November), and Winterfest (December). The location is also super convenient to beautiful Pensacola Beach, where you can enjoy sugar-white sand and emerald waters and explore the shops and restaurants of Quietwater Beach boardwalk, all with frequent appearances by the Blue Angels!

From the moment of arrival, the large covered front porch with a swing and dual ceiling fans beckons you to sit and unwind! The porch is also charming for enjoying morning coffee or tea. In the fenced backyard, the lower-level deck includes a full-size table and chairs for dining alfresco and is perfect for evening cocktails. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric range/oven, GreenLife cookware, and a dedicated six-stage reverse osmosis filtered water faucet. There is also a private washer/dryer and hypoallergenic laundry pods for your convenience. Should you need to complete some work or school during your stay, there is an office space just off the main living area, which includes a WiFi color printer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
