Located away from mass tourism, the finca is the ideal starting point for everyone who wants to design their vacation individually.

The idyllic property is located on a 4000 square meter quiet plot in La Sabinita, a small suburb of Arico Viejo and has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Patio and pool invite you to relax.

Beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The climbing and bouldering Eldorado Arico is only a few kilometers away.

Small, original beaches can also be reached quickly.

Geocachers will also get their money's worth here.

The house is newly renovated and offers all the comfort you need on vacation: a large terrace to relax, a double bed, a large sofa with sleeping space for 2 more, shower and bathtub, a kitchenette, washing machine, television and WiFi. A barbecue area in the cozy patio and a brine swimming pool are available for common use. A further three studios are rented. The entire property is lovingly created with local plants. Sufficient parking spaces are available.

Ort zum Erholen und Genießen

Eine sehr schöne Urlaubslocation. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestaltet. Der Pool und der Poolbereich luden zum Entspannen ein. Hilfreich war, dass der Gastgeber uns zu seinem Domizil geführt hat. Auch wenn die Lage nicht sehr zentral ist, entschädigen die Blicke in die Landschaft und die Ruhe für die etwas umständliche Anfahrt.

Hoch über dem Meer

Wir haben im Februar 2024 - mitten im deutschen Winter - auf La Sabinita wunderschöne, entspannte Tage verbracht. Unsere Ferienwohnung war bestens ausgestattet und im Innen- und Außenbereich mit viel Liebe und Kreativität gestaltet. Die räumliche, farbliche und gärtnerische Anlage der Außenräume sorgt mit unterschiedlichsten Accessoires für eine wunderbare, harmonische Atmosphäre. Aufgrund der Höhenlage von ca. 600 m über dem Meer wird es hier nicht zu warm und die Aussicht vom Poolbereich auf den Atlantik ist spektakulär.

Oase

Die Finca Lisa ist eine Oase in der kargen und windigen Landschaft Süd-Ost Teneriffas. Wunderschön angelegt mit Pflanzen, gemütlichen Sitzecken und einem Pool mit Ausblick. Unser Häuschen war sehr schön marokkanisch dekoriert und alles war da, was man gebraucht hat. Außer vielleicht eine Wärmequelle im Bad. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen Holzofen, um den sich Pippo gut gekümmert hat, wenn was war. Zu unserem Vergnügen hatten wir regelmäßig Besuch von Katze Kitty.

Ruheoase

Ein wunderbarer Ort um Ruhe zu finden, ob am Pool mit Blick zum Meer oder in der sehr ansprechenden Anlage mit unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten inmitten herrrlicher Bepflanzung, alles in allem eine schöne Relaxoase fern ab von Stress und Trubel. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Pipo ist ein sehr netter, zurückhaltender Host, der doch bei jeder Angelegenheit Ansprechpartner ist.

tolle Unterkunft

Betten super, Küche komplett eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und perfekt renoviert. Man merkt, dass Pippo, der Besitzer als geschickter Handwerker alles immer bestens in Schuss hält. Gute Ausgangslage der FeWo sowohl in den Norden als auch in den Süden der Insel. Anfahrt zum Haus etwas tricky dafür aber tolle Lage am Hang und absolut ruhig. Vom Pool aus herrlicher Blick über das weite Meer bis Gran Canaria. Pippo im Haus nebenan jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist für den Preis wirklich ein Geheimtipp für beste Freunde.
