About Virginia or Dan Davies
Dan and I are graduates of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California. Dan worked for a local utility, and I taught English at our local high school for 34 years. We raised two daughters here, and we are now the proud grandparents of seven grandchildren! We enjoy getting to know our guests, and we are pleased that we have guests who have been with us since we purchased our place in 1998.

Second time was just as nice as the First!
My wife & I are becoming regulars to this property having rented it for a week in 2019 and now for almost two weeks in 2020.
The property has more than enough space for a couple and with two bedrooms can accommodate two couples or parents with a couple kids. The one bedroom has a queen bed and the other twin beds. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there is a spacious dinning area and a small family room with a very large flat screen TV that has Roku. The best part is the small patio, or lanai that faces the Boardwalk and the beach. We sent many hours here people watching and enjoying the crashing of the waves and the sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. One parking spot comes with the unit, which in this neighborhood is a coveted possession.
There are many things to do in San Diego and the surrounding area, so we rented a car. But if you plan to just relax there are plenty of nice restaurants withing walking distance. You might want to take an Uber to the Ralf's to stock up on some food for the condo, which is about 1 mile away, but there are also a couple local convenience stores in easy walking distance.
Clean and well maintained property plus ... Location ... Location ... Location. Hard to beat this property and we have rented quite a few.

Awesome location.
This unit was one of the most organized and equipped we stayed in. It was very comfortable and clean. Loved being able to see the beach from the master bedroom. The owners are awesome!

Our oceanfront condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park (roller coaster / pool), Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, boutique shops, surf schools, and beach shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.
