About this property

Welcome to our low country cottage in a quaint neighborhood within 5 minutes of downtown historic Beaufort! It is also within twenty minutes of Parris Island and the Marine Corps Air Station and thirty minutes to Hunting Island State Park Beach.
The Beaufort Breeze overlooks Tidal Creek with beautiful views of the marsh! We added a new dock in 2023! There are well appointed windows for viewing the marsh from the kitchen, dining, living room and master! You can sit on the porch or around the outdoor firepit and view abundant wildlife and the changing tide or fish or swim off the dock!
Don't miss taking a trip to Hunting Island Beach with the provided free pass!
We are .3 miles to the Spanish Moss Trail and 3 bikes are provided! We are also an easy walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown Beaufort within1.4 miles.

Snowbirds Heading Home

Beaufort Breeze was a wonderful vacation home to stay at. We were 6 friends making our way home from Florida. It was a perfect location to tour the low country. Laura and Brandon were gracious hosts.The fire pit, dock with seating and well appointed house were all spectacular. Laura responded in a timely manner to all our questions. The home was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable for all 6 of us. The best VRBO vacation rental that any of us have stayed in. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Beaufort Birthdays

This property is updated, immaculate, spacious, inviting and very comfortable. Included bikes, corn hole boards, fishing rods and State Park admission pass are generous extras which make quests feel like family. The beautifully landscaped grounds with Southern Live oaks dripping with Spanish Moss frame the coastal creek pier offering a tranquil view of the marsh. Perfect place to celebrate major milestones with lifelong friends. Nearby Alvin Ord's Sandwich Shop was a delightful experience providing a warm and delicious take home lunch on an overcast, dreary rain day as we hunkered downing the cozy den and watched a movie. We're already looking forward to additional stays at the "Breeze".

Beaufort breeze

It set the bar

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in during the 20 years we’ve been coming to Beaufort. Spotless. Perfect location. Most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the dock and back yard. Already planning our next booking. Only suggestion, it would be nice to have a couple more kitchen towels. Absolutely loved this property. 5⭐️

Why they chose this property

The Beaufort Breeze cottage is a sweet slice of low country charm! There is so much to do or simply relax and take in the beautiful marsh view! Just 5 minutes away is shopping on Bay Street. Enjoy a sweet tea float at Scouts or eat at one of the many fine restaurants. Beaufort is a small town with big opportunities, but yet it offers a laid back feel. You won't be disappointed!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property the moment we walked in and could see the Marsh from the well appointed living room and dining room and master bedroom windows. There is so much natural light in this home coming from the many windows and sky lights. We love to sit on the porch and watch the tide go in and out and view the abundant wildlife. Sitting by the firepit at night is a mesmerizing experience as well.
