About this property

Idyllic cottage for 2 people with private lake and parking. The house has a living-dining room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, and a bedroom with box spring bed and natural wood wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and toilet.
The entire apartment was renovated for the 2017 season.
On the covered terrace are garden furniture, as are 2 sun loungers available.
Interesting destinations are Schwetzingen, Speyer, Ladenburg, Mannheim, Heidelberg in the vicinity, as well as the Odenwald and the Palatinate. It is a summer house, from November to incl. March can not be booked. If the apartment has to be heated in the transitional period, electricity costs will be charged according to consumption with 0.25 € / kWh.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Badesee.

Gepflegtes Haus und angenehmer Gastgeber. Problemloses ein- und aus-checken. Der direkte Zugang zum Badesee ist vom Garten des Hauses möglich. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und kann daher auch bei Regen genutzt werden. Insgesamt eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Erholsame Tage

Im Häuschen haben wir fast alles vorgefunden, was man zu zweit braucht (ein paar größere Tassen und wirksamer Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse wären schön). Die exklusive Lage mit eigenem Seezugang, Liegewiese und Terrasse hat uns bei bestem Wetter begeistert. Auch rundum kann man schönes unternehmen, gut essen und einkaufen - sehr zu empfehlen!
